Poorly packaged with contents missing
I ordered 5 tins of inks, a roller and lino from London Graphics and ended up spending £197. This included the £4.95 standard delivery despite initially stating that items bought over a certain amount would be free delivery. 5 days later I receive my untracked parcel missing the 2 out 5 8 ounce speedball ink cans and the lino sheets. The package had been so poorly packed that one end was open with half the contents missing. No help offered from customer help desk. I won't be buying anything from this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me earlier—I really appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation with you.
As we discussed, you mentioned that you tried to call us in the afternoon, but unfortunately, all our phone lines were busy at the time. Our system then prompted you to leave a voicemail or send us an email so we could follow up as soon as possible, but I understand that you chose not to do so. Without a voicemail or an email record of your call, we had no way of knowing you needed assistance.
I completely understand your frustration, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused. In your review, you mentioned that no help was offered, but please know that we always do our best to assist customers as soon as we're aware of an issue. Had we received a message, we would have provided the same resolution we arranged for this morning—a full replacement on a next-day delivery at no cost.
As a small team with just two phone operators, there are times when our lines are busier than we'd like, which is why we encourage customers to leave a message so we can get back to them as quickly as possible. I also wanted to mention that we only received your email this morning following our response to your Trustpilot review, which was the first opportunity we had to help.
When items are damaged in transit, we always aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible—typically within 24 hours when stock allows—because providing the best service to our customers is really important to us. We appreciate your feedback on our packaging and look forward to receiving your photos so we can share them with our team and continue to improve.
I hope your replacements arrive safely tomorrow, and if there's anything else I can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Winsor & Newton Acrylic got here fast
I ordered a Winsor & Newton Acrylic Mixing White, 120ml tube. It arrived very promptly and the price was affordable. The packaging could have been better as the outer box was a little damaged, but it didn't really matter. I'd rather that, than having to pay more for the product just for the packaging... Overall I like London Graphic Centre and would definitely do business with them again.

Damaged order
Took delivery of mountboard only to find all were damaged on the corners, contacted LGC straight away where Zoe quickly arranged for replacement boards and 10% discount off next order as a gesture of goodwill, excellent service.

I believe this issue has now been resolved but I would like to repeat my apologies for the issue we had with our courier partners. Your order was dispatched from us to be with you on time however the order was misplaced by them in transit and we were not made aware of this until you made your enquiry with us.
I can see you emailed us yesterday and we got back to you this morning leaving a voicemail explaining the situation and supplying a full refund to you after confirming this with you several minutes later. We do get back to all emails within 24 hours either via a return email or via a phonecall.
I hope overall your concerns have been addressed via our phonecall and refund however if you have any further issues please contact me at customercare@londongraphics.co.uk with FAO Heidi in the subject line.
