London Turbos LTD Avis

Extremely Disappointed – DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a company in my life. I purchased a reconditioned turbo from them, returned my old one, and paid £340. After installation, the turbo failed just two days later.

I contacted them immediately, but instead of taking responsibility, they blamed my car – specifically a "blocked DPF." I am absolutely sure this was not the case! Even though they gave me a warranty, they asked for another £150 to replace the turbo with another so-called "reconditioned" unit.

After having the turbo changed again and the DPF professionally cleaned, the replacement turbo is now leaking oil into the intercooler pipes and causing the car to smoke. I’ve had to pay a mechanic each time for fitting, and the quality of the parts they've provided is shocking.

I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I feel completely scammed. From personal experience, I strongly recommend you stay away from this company. Their parts are very poor quality, and their warranty is completely useless.

Picked up the turbo from the shop, everything went great, no issues at all, big thanks to Lukas for all the help!

The turbo was faulty. Contacted company but ended up having to change for one from another company and the problem was solved. Both fitted by the same mechanics.

Great service and delivery. Used a few Tim's and allways a1

Bad company
turbo was faulty and did not work
sent back
as yet no refund
fraud
gave reported to police and the bank
keep away
you gave been warned

Very happy with service and fast delivery, part works with no issues. Highly recommend 👌

Absolute cowboy setup, wish I had read the reviews prior to coming here. Gave one price on the phone and another when I got there after travelling 3 hrs from
Oxford. Then they tried to change the surcharge price saying how my old turbo is faulty, well obviously otherwise why would I be buying a new one. Luckily I refused and walked away and ended up finding a better company closer to home. Do not recommend at all. Save the hassle and aggravation and go elsewhere.
The young guy at reception was very rude and aggressive as well.

Very nice people, a pleasure to deal with, very competitive prices too. I would recommend them.

Great service! Friendly staff. Busy but communication was great and process was quick!
