LoneStar worked with my elderly parents and me to get something done quickly. They committed to a specific course of action and time frame and were able to complete everything in that time frame -
Which was important given my parent’s age and another annual set of fees. They were very helpful working with the kids since my parents are not really capable of handling these matters given their age.
They delivered what was promised. A solid experience. Thanks.

Seamless And Professional Experience
From start to finish this was a seamless and professional experience. We were informed upfront about everything that was expected of us, the possible timeline and all expenses we would incur. There were no surprises. All went as we were told and as the process progressed we were handed off to the specialist dealing with that particular step. All questions were answered. It was a pleasure dealing with competence and being treated like they actually cared.

Welp here’s another update
Welp here’s another update. Has been a little over 18 months and still no sight of the end. I wrote a few reviews in the past about how they don’t hold up their “100% success rate” and they reached out only to ask me to take down my poor review. It’s called an honest review, if they don’t want negative reviews they could do what they say they do and not lie then. I would be willing to change them if circumstances ever changed.

Lone star was very quick to take my timeshare off my hands& I am so relieved. The maintenance fees & special assessments we’re getting out of hand & no longer are my responsibility. It was a little pricey but worth it in the long term.
