Loofes Clothing Avis 

Was a little sceptical due to the seller 3.7 star rating but could not rate this company enough. I ordered a pair of dr martens as Loofes clothing was the cheapest I had found online. I had a confirmation email within minutes of ordering and 2 days later, an email to say that Royal Mail had my package. These have arrived today, well packaged and containing a brand new pair of genuine dr martens shoes.

The Order arrived promptly. I would have no issues in ordering again!

I ordered a pair of Dr Marten sandals which were in the sale, and they arrived within 3 days of purchase. Super quick! I wasn't sure whether to trust they were genuine after reading some reviews on here, but I bit the bullet, and I'm so glad I did.

I believe this is a fake site. I placed an order and received nothing. I have had no response to several emails and I'm now having to try and charge back my credit card and I'm referring to fraud prevention.

When I first ordered the pair of sketchers sandals I was sent 2 different sizes of sandals I emailed the company and they offered either a refund or replacement. I went for the replacement they arranged to have the shoes returned to them free of charge via Royal mail and today I've received the correct size of shoes

I ordered a pair of Hunter wellies, only one boot in the box . Tried calling numerous times but no answer.
Received an email stating someone would contact me in 24 hours 4 days ago.
Still can’t contact them and no contact from them .
So no Wellington boot, no solution and no refund.
If I could have rated zero stars I would have .

Incredibly impressed with this company! My first time ordering with them and will definitely be returning! I ordered some Womens Mini Uggs as they were a really good price on here as opposed to other websites, super quick delivery and amazing quality!! Thank you so much.

Wouldnt use again ,charge extra for next day delivery ,ordered 12.30 on a weds afternoon paid £5 fed ex next day item comes on the monday ,ordered again on a weds paid £5 fed ex next day as want item for weekend order still not despatched ,you mayaswell take the free royal mail delivery might even get it quicker

I placed an order for a football for my son to arrive in time for Christmas. I received an email confirming it had been despatched to arrive on there 23rd December, only to get an email on the 23rd stating there was never any football for them to despatch! Very disappointed, terrible customer service and false advertising.

Only came across them because I was after a short sleeved navy Lacoste shirt, my usual go to places didn’t have one and Loofes came up in a google search, so glad I did as the shirt was reduced and I got an extra discount code which worked, delivered after 2 days … Very Happy

do not order from them they set up reoccurring payment on your account amd never send you the purchased item a scam

First time customer at loofes. Given some negative reviews i was hesitant on ordering. I did it anyway. They had a great deal on ea7 trackies that i bought and they are legit too. Little 15% off voucher came too so i plan on shopping again
