I have been a loopy customer for a couple of years now. I don’t use any other phone case now. The loopy cases are the best our of all the ones I have tried over the years. They are light and stylish, yet very sturdy. They don’t peel or get scratched/cracked. Even after a prolonged use, they stay looking brand new. I also love some of their prints!

Been through so many different phone cases , hard to find a case that’s nice looking and protects my phones. Been using loopy cases since last year and I’ll never go back to other brands . I used to drop my phone so much . I barely ever do now. Cases are really cute sturdy and the loop is great I never drop my phone . Highly recommend them for any busy mom. And the prices are so much cheaper then lifeproof case .

I made an honest mistake
I made an honest mistake. I ordered a loop and not a case from this company. I didn’t really understand from pictures that you also needed a case. I had literally just ordered a brand new case from a different company. This was explained to customer service. Instead of just refunding me my money for the loop, they said I’d have to pay to ship it back which is half of what it cost for the product to be sent to me. Very unprofessional. I’ll never order from this company again. The right thing to do would realize I made an honest mistake and just refund my money instead of literally making me pay for a mistake.

No other phone case but loopy!
I could go on and on and onnnnn about this company, their customer service, the quality of their products forever. I would give 20 stars if I could. I got my first loopy phone case over a year ago and I will never own a different brand phone case ever again. And they always bring out new cute styles. I love that they give back to charities too! They’re the best company ever. And they’re my go-to for gifting. Anyone I’ve gotten a loopy for, loves them as much as I do.
