Esperienza eccellente. Primo contatto attraverso il sito dell'azienda, seguito da una visita di persona in laboratorio per visionare direttamente gli oggetti proposti prima dell'acquisto. I lampadari sono di ottima qualità e corrispondono esattamente a quanto pubblicato e descritto nelle inserzioni. Il restauro è di tipo conservativo e ben eseguito: non si ha la falsa sensazione di un oggetto nuovo di fabbrica, ma si apprezzano le patine e i piccoli segni del tempo che devono caratterizzare esemplari con quasi un secolo di vita (o più...). Alessandro Renzini è cortese, risponde a qualsiasi domanda, è competente e appassionato del proprio lavoro. Fornisce istruzioni di montaggio chiarissime e corredate da un video che illustra le singole fasi da eseguire. Anche dopo l'acquisto mantiene la stessa disponibilità e attenzione nell'assistenza al cliente. Una persona, ancor più che un venditore, come ormai se ne trovano poche e che è un piacere conoscere.

My whole experience with purchasing an Italian vintage light from Alessandro was wonderful. Not only is he an expert in finding these treasures but he is also a master restorer. He rewires for US lighting standards, cleans, repairs and accurately with great detail described my chandelier so I could make an informed decision to buy. Shipment from Italy to the US was very fast, about a week. My chandelier was so well packed for shipment that it survived being hit by a forklift in the US with no glass being broken. Alessandro was always available by email to answer any questions and to help the whole transaction go smoothly. He sent a video and written instructions on how to reassemble the chandelier when I received it which made the installation extremely smooth. My dream was always to have a Barovier chandelier but the new ones are too expensive for me. I didn't know where to find vintage ones until I saw Alessandro's listings. Yes, buying an expensive light from an unknown seller in Italy is a risk but Alessandro earned my total trust with each email, with his kindness, his expertise in antique lighting and with his passion for the work he does in giving these works of art new homes. I am thrilled with my glorious chandelier and so I thank Alessandro for making my dream come true.

From beginning to end, my experience with Alessandro has been an absolute pleasure! From my initial enquiry to the day of delivery, Alessandro has been attentive and helpful. He managed to ship the chandelier at short notice and ensured it was meticulously packaged to be certain of it's safe arrival. He was accommodating regarding payment, storage and delivery and even supplied a step by step written and video instruction on assembly and installation. As Alessandro said himself the Murano glass chandelier was precious and therefore it was crucial that it was packaged professionally to avoid damage in transit. I need not have been nervous as all was taken care of by Alessandro. I employed another professional company to carry out the installation and they also commented that everything had been packaged perfectly to enable them with a successful installation. Lo Stile Italiano is well worth a visit if you are searching for a unique, genuine quality item supplied by a gentleman who is clearly an expert in his field and who cares about his products and his customers. Bought a large chandelier from Alessandro. Excellent condition. Sent from Italy to Norway. Received on time. No damage to the chandelier because the packaging was very good. Allesandro was a delight to work with. He is a true crafstman with a tremendous dedication to his craft. We ordered two matching chandeliers. Allesandro worked closely with us to provide exactly what we needed. They arrived quickly, incredibly well packaged and are stunning. Our master electrical (who works on many historic homes like ours) said they were among the best he has seen. And, they were packaged with all crystals hung (unlike others were have purchased that take many hours to assemble). So, once unboxed, they were hung in minutes.
