Never ever encountered such an experience. Ordered an item in April. Did not arrive until August when the item was no use. Constant push-backs from the merchant when asked for cancellation or refund. The most bizarre request from the merchant was to return the delivered product all the way to China, with shipping cost exceeding that of the product it failed to deliver Finally agreed to offer a 50% refund... Shame on the business. Criminal.

The large duffel bag is amazing! I bought one for travel and another for grocery shopping! The only issue I have is that the shipping takes forever. I know there's a global pandemic, but it does seem to take a long time for the product to arrive.

Horrible Experience and a SCAM
Horrible Experience and a SCAM. I typically don't write negative reviews, knowing how negatively they can impact one's business. So, I gave Louie Supply Co. MONTHS to do the right thing before feeling like this is the only way to get them to resolve my issue. I ordered these shorts for my husband on July 2nd, and we got them on July 28th. Took almost a month for them to be delivered. I completely understand with COVID and certainly happy to wait if the product is high quality. My husband tried them on and the fit isn't right. The compression shorts underneath are longer than the actual shorts, and the seams are fraying. Poor quality. I reached out to Louise Supply Co. privately on Facebook to try to resolve this multiple times with no answer. I would like a refund and can't get a hold of anyone. Think twice before purchasing from this shady company.

Never again
Ordered two pairs of shorts on July 31st and they just came today(August 24th) I have had furniture delivered and set up faster during this time. To top it off they are the wrong sizes. Don't dare send them back it will be winter before I get new ones. Disappointed !

This website and company is a scam. Immediately after ordering, I received an email that indicated I would receive a $25 credit for going to Facebook and indicating that I was "satisfied". That tactic is used to deceptively inflate the stores rating. If I was "not satisfied" with my experience, I would have no incentive to submit a review. Next, I posted a 1 star review of my experience and the product (Grayson Stealth Shorts - don't buy them, they are trash) and my review was never posted. The specific product has 125 reviews, none of which are below 4 stars. That's just not possible, especially given the actual quality of the shorts. They are reviewing all reviews before they are posted and are not allowing negative reviews to be posted. I emailed their customer service team why the review wasn't posted, no response. Lastly, for returns, LouieSupply makes you pay for the shipping back to its fulfillment center. In this case, the fulfillment center is in China. I paid $70 for these shorts and it's going to cost half of that to ship them back. Also, it took a month+ for the shorts to get to me in the first place. They are unwilling to work with me on the shipping and their customer service is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They are not a legitimate company.

Only rated 1 star because I couldn't rate it zero. Items are obviously just generic and mass produced for a fraction of what they charge. Took me four months to receive a backpack. Customer service was also awful.

9/1 - just a quick update. The shorts came about a week ago and I give them a 4/10. They look very quality in the pictures - but don't be fooled! They are a cheap mesh that you would get in 5 grade gym class.

Scam Company. Asinine Return Policy.
I had the same issues that a lot of people here had where I ordered a pair of hair clippers in April and didn't receive them until August. This was after many messages asking for a status update which they were slow to respond to. When I finally got the clippers in August, I didn't need them anymore because I had already bought another pair. They gave me a 50% refund to placate me, but when I asked about getting a full refund, they said they'd do it but I would have to pay out of pocket to SHIP THE PRODUCT TO CHINA.
This is insane. The shipping would cost me ~$50 which is about the value of the product. How does a company selling e-commerce in the US not have a US-based shipping center to accept returns? Can you imagine if Amazon forced you to ship something back to them to China? They'd be bankrupt in a heartbeat, which is exactly what I think will happen to this company.
Never shopping with them again and I highly recommend you all stay away from them and not buy their products. What an awful experience.
EDIT: they responded below with a weak, cookie cutter response. Shipping this item back to their fulfillment center in China will cost me $54, which is more than the product costs. They are holding steady on this policy and I have created a dispute with Amex to not have to pay for this. If you're ok with getting an item 4 months late and then having to pay $54 to ship a return back to them, then this company is for you. I will never shop from these people ever again and I'm warning everyone who reads this to avoid them like the plague.

Unhappy customer
Items look 22 days to arrive. When they arrived they were very poor quality - cheap fabric, bad cut. I asked to return and was told I had to ship them to China from the US and pay for $40 return shipping, which is nearly what the items cost. What a horrible experience. I will not be shopping with Louie Supply Co. again
