Hello Andreas. Upon checking, your were previously advised to send the package back to our fulfillment center so you can be issued refund minus the initial shipping fee. However, we do not see any return form submission from your side. We wish you could have cooperated as we suggested. Please understand that the shipping fee was used up to send the package to you and as mentioned in your website, the said shipping fee will be deducted to your purchase amount.
Please understand also that each online store operate on their respective store policies. We can only wish for your further understanding on the matter. Since a PayPal case is opened as you mentioned, all communications from hereon will be handled by our Finance Team through PayPal. Thank you.

Hello Dmitry! Just to clarify, our main office is indeed located in Vancouver, Canada but our collection comes from our various fulfillment offices in differents parts of Asia and USA. The item in your purchase order does come from China where our biggest fulfillment office for bags is located.

We did check you purchase history. Delivery could have been completed a little over 3 weeks if the package was successfully delivered/claimed by the customer. The 2 months timeframe you mentioned actually includes the storage period by teh courier and turn around time to send the package back to our fulfillment office.

Regarding your refund, as mentioned in our previous email, we do see that the funds had been released from our side. And that there are banks that take longer time to post transaction so we requested you to wait few more days.

We do see your response to our email that you still have not received the refund in your account. Thank you for letting us know. Please allow us 3-5 more business days to resolve the problem with the help of our Finance Team. We will address the issue immediately and update you through the service ticket you submitted.

I see that we have previous email exchange. As previously advised, did you try returning the item so you can be refunded? We still have not received any return request from your end.

As mentioned in our website, the return process can be initiated by filling out our online return form. If you can submit the online return form any time soon, we can waive the 7-days return policy and process your request to return even outside the timeframe.

We carry multiple brands at Louie Supply and often times other online retailers also carry the same brand as us. We do provide competitive pricing so if you happen to find another retailer selling at a lower cost, we'd be happy to price match the item for you.
If the customer would send us the link to the item found for a lower price elsewhere and we will issue the said customer a refund for the difference.
We would have done the same for you if you pursued your purchase order from us, which we see you actually did not. We do appreciate your interest in our collection.

Hello Lewis, If you were unhappy with the items you received and initiated the return of the said items within 7 days after receipt, we could have issued you refund once the items had been returned back. We do not see that you tried to reach out to us after receipt of the package. Unfortunately, this is now a bit too late to do. We do, however, appreciate your purchase at Louie Supply, Co.

We regret that the shipment was delayed. This is the normal delivery timeframe however we do admit that the purchase order was affected by the huge turn out of shipments at the air transport office due to the Holiday Season and eventually the coronavirus case. We see that a dispute case rolled over PayPal and has been handled accordingly and that the package was also eventually delivered. Again, we are so sorry that the package got delayed. Please understand that the case is also beyond our control.

It does happen that orders get processed immediately as soon as order is placed by the Order Fulfillment Team. Upon checking your order history, while you submitted request to change item size 3.5 hours after order placement, we happen to have received your email the next day when the Order Fulfillment Team has already packed the item and had submitted it to the courier.
Please understand that we at Customer Service Team is a separate team with separate offices and responsibility with the Order Fulfillment Team. The tracking details are indeed sent few days after once the order is fulfilled.
Regarding delivery timeframe, we do see that your order was eventually delivered on December 24th, which is still 1 week earlier than estimated date of delivery.
