Louis Boyd founded the company in September 1960, when he was just 26 years old, as one of the first dedicated menswear retailers in the town of Newry. Louis Boyd Fashions, as we were then known, grew hugely in popularity providing the people of Newry with brands and styles that they had rarely seen before. Over the years, men and women got a taste of top brands and new styles, such as tapered trousers, slim fit shirts, jeans and more, all of which were available at Louis Boyd's. Today, the business has evolved to house many branches across 5 locations in Newry, Craigavon and Belfast. Louis Boyd now specialises in casual wear, footwear, formal wear, as well as hiring/buying of menswear for formal occasions. We stock top brands and continue to expand our range of suppliers, to service the customer with the most complete experience. Today we're pleased to deliver the premium Louis Boyd experience to customers from all over the globe, continuing the traditions started in this family-run business in 1960.

Terrible service
Terrible service! I placed and paid for my order, I then got sent the wrong parcel with someone else’s details…. Huge GDPR! I rang up,was advised to send them back via post office 24 hour which I did and now had to ring again as they’ve cancelled my first order!

I had a mixed experience with Louis Boyd. On the positive side, their staff are friendly and helpful, the click & collect service is convenient, and delivery is fast. I also appreciate the discounted prices on items like Diesel Jeans, which arrived as described. However, the lack of response to my inquiry about product authenticity is frustrating, and the packaging could be sturdier. Overall, it's an alright service, but there’s room for improvement. 3 stars.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended. I had a small issue with my online order. I contacted the store and they made arrangements to solve it immediately. They were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
Quality
I ordered a pair of smart work shoes for my husband for Christmas. Thank goodness i sent them directly to the store. I took them to my car top open and check they were ok, and there was a stain on one of the shoes. I took it straight back into the store and they exchanged them. You should make sure your products are perfect before sending them out.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I just want to say how fantastic an experience I have with these guys. I purchased some jeans and make a mistake with the order of which they resolved on the phone immediately and superbly. Unfortunately on receipt of the jeans they did not fit so I had to return them again the credit was issued immediately. Cant recommend these guys highly enough. Superb.

Easy shopping!
Easy to order from website with fantastic option of picking up from my local shop.
When you do pick up,the very nice shop staff ask if it's all ok and give sound advice how to remedy things. Of course with that type of good customer service, there was no problems at all. Absolutely would highly recommend!

Returned a parcel to your Rushmere store over 2 weeks ago, when I received my parcel there was no invoice in it, no returns label, sent an email to find out how to return and followed instructions, secured the parcel took it to Rushmere and gave it to girl behind counter she threw it on floor I asked for proof of return and she said newry do that I had another parcel to pick up which I got, have contacted yourself as no refund has been down, they can't find the return, I'm now wanting my refund asap, and feel that the staff in Rushmere are now in spotlight for 2 pair of missing Jean's were have they gone? I feel your returns policy is lacking for the the customer, you should have an invoice in your parcel for returns with a returns label, and you should be given a receipt when you take parcel into store and parcel not thrown on ground, there could be a reasonable reason why my return parcel is lost, but that's up to you as a business to make you policy 100% so products dont go missing, I look forward to my refund being completed asap and also a response from a manager I'm on hols and out of country at moment as soon as I return I will be going into Rushmere and I would like the manager to explain to me what went wrong

I was recently looking for a pair of Lloyd and Pryce boots and the staff member was extremely helpful from start to finish. I got regular updates as to when the item would be available and was even sent a link to that exact item when they came into stock. Could not have been more helpful. Best online service I have ever had. 5 well deserved stars.

I used the Louis Boyd contact form to check authentification of an item.
I used the Louis Boyd contact form to ask about authentification of a Diesel belt, being sold at £49.99, as against £90 on the Diesel Site. Every time I pressed sent there was a message saying "Error Occurred". I also sent an email to their email address shown on their site. Still no reply after 5 days. Highly suspicious! If this site sells authentic items, why couldn't they reassure me.
