Had a great experience from start to finish at love furniture,i bought a storage bed and the 2 guys (Dec) delivered and assembled it,they where very pleasant and disposed of all the packaging.

The bed itself was lovely, prompt delivery and the customer service from zain and the team at the store was perfect.

However, a couple slight gripes.
My partner has a sore back, and i asked if they wouldn't mind just bringing one of the heavy boxes upstairs. He said no, they only deliver to the front door (while standing in my living room) but okay, sure, assembly and i guess going upstairs is in the extra charge.

The main gripe i have is they offer payment on delivery, but the drivers dont carry change? We only had 20's, and yes it was only a fiver change but still, I feel like a business offering cash on delivery should, yknow, have the correct facilities to offer change on delivery.

Was a bit weird ordering via a tv screen conversation with someone rather than face to face in the shop. I was told the delivery would happen early the followingweek but then i had an email/text to change this to a later day in same week was not too inconvenien. The guy Zain was very helpful and professional. The delivery guys were brilliant too. I had ordered an ottoman bed and paid the extra to have it built. The were very quick, tidy & respectful of my home. The cash on delivery is handy especially as the order was over that tv screen on the wall of the showroom! This is the second time ive purchased from love furniture (I also bought a sofa bed last year) and im sure there will be more purchases in the future. Thanks again.

Great team, due to moving into a new house I was unsure of everything going according to plan with getting the keys & getting my furniture delivered & built. Zain was able to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

Ordered double ottoman bed online. Can't praise the company enough. Kept communication on delivery, day and time. Rang when they arrived.Bed was delivered by two very nice guys. Very friendly and courteous. Love my new bed, quality and price amazing. Well deserving of 5 stars.

These guys go over and above , great selection of furniture and with buying are slide door wardrobe 2.5 metres I paid to have it built and what a good call the guys where great so love furniture thank you so much .

I recently bought a sofa bed with Love Furniture and felt the need to post a review.
1. I had been sorely disappoint Ted by at least 2 other stores when I happened upon Love Furniture
2. Their selection was superb and the service and check out was seamless
3. The delivery confirmation followed up quickly and I was kept in the loop every step of the way with friendly updates via text from Zain
4. I was advised on the day of a delivery time which the drivers arrived at on time. The delivery chaps were friendly and efficient.
5. Zain followed up immediately confirming the delivery and i can only commend the store and the customer service.
6.... The sofa bed is beautiful, great choice and brilliant quality.
