When I had a question about adding another phone , I reached out to their customer support team and received a helpful reply almost immediately. We can see that you provided the referral image requested, however the device currently has a screen protector fitted which appears to show signs of damage. In order for the device condition to be assessed correctly, the screen protector would need to be removed and a new photo of the screen taken and submitted.
We appreciate your comments and understand this may have been inconvenient ahead of your trip.
