This is the first time I have used Love junk. Posted item quotes came in quickly, prices varied. I had a very positive experience it was comforting that the item was being disposed of correctly, no fly tipping. The person I chose was super polite and kept me informed of when they were collecting which was great as I couldn’t leave the item outside.

Having reviewed the listing and collection details, I can see the collector removed the items listed on the job, including the cardboard boxes, bin bags with thermocol and 1 crate. The collector provided before and after photos through the platform. The payment was then confirmed following completion of the collection and a 4* rating was kindly left on the collector’s profile.
As collectors base their quotes on the items shown and described in the listing, any additional waste not included may require a revised quote or separate arrangement. This is because collectors also factor in disposal and recycling costs when pricing collections. We do however understand your frustration, particularly as you had expected the collector to ring the bell regarding the remaining items, and they should have done this on the day.
We really do appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry the experience left you feeling disappointed.

Great experience
I have used LoveJunk a few times now and found it great.
Very simple to use and great to know some of my junk could be recycled or disposed of properly.
The staff at LoveJunk are very helpful and the whole process is straightforward.
