Vicki and Rebecca are both wonderful…

Vicki and Rebecca are both wonderful and helpful. As first time buyers, the home buying process can be really stressful as everything is unknown. Truthfully, we weren’t 100% for getting a new build but after discussing the property with both Vicki and Rebecca it was a no-brainer! They have explained everything, offering such amazing help. They have even responded to my silly questions on their days off, booking us in for appointments for those days as well. They have been nothing short of fantastic and I could not recommend more. For the property side of Lovell, I would argue that they provide some of the best incentives and really think about their property placements which was a massive thing for us. You can really tell the layout of the house has been thought about with the whole team taking great passion in what they do. I would 1000% recommend. Thank you Vicki and Rebecca!

Me and my partner purchased a 4 bed…

Me and my partner purchased a 4 bed plot from Lovell. We sold my partners house and part exchanged my current Lovell plot to purchase the new house. I was told the part exchange process was easy - it was far from it. There was constant phone calls and attendance from various surveyors whilst I was also dealing with the solicitors for the purchase of the new property. We were pushed by lovely legal progressor about a completion date for my partners house sale (as her sale was contributing towards the new house deposit and funds) this happened for weeks, when we sorted a completion date and edged towards this my solicitors told me it was Lovell who were holding up the process and we shouldn’t have been pushed for a date. Lovell kept direct contacting us rather than using our solicitors. The day we completed we did not receive the keys till 4pm even after the money had been sent to Lovell to complete hours before hand.

On inspection of the new house the garage has been recently screeded, raising the floor level meaning the garage door could not be shut and secured. I phoned the development who told me they had no contractors available to resolve the issue and to phone the emergent out of hours which I did. They arranged a lock smith to come out who could not resolve the issue. I phoned again and was told they would notify me when they had an action plan in place this was days ago I’m still yet to receive a call and my garage still cannot be shut and secure.

Great Service and Happy with our New Home.

Honestly, our buying process with Lovell Homes was brilliant from start to finish. The whole thing went through so quickly and smoothly. The sales team kept us in the loop the entire time and were incredibly helpful, making sure every single request we had was looked after. We’re absolutely delighted with the house itself. There were only a few minor snags when we moved in, but they were sorted out almost instantly. The site manager, Phil Abdulla, was incredibly approachable and personally made sure those few bits were resolved right away. We couldn’t be happier with Lovell Homes.

I moved into a new build house

I moved into a new build house, which was built by Lovell homes.
I accidentally punctured a radiator inlet pipe.

Aftrer the piping was repaired it left a significantly large area of damaged walling.

I was contacted by Lisa who made all the necessary arrangements for an engineer to come and make the necessaey repair. She was ffrienly, professional, and courteous. And equally important vey efficient.

Rob, the engineer, called today to rectify the damage.
He also was very professional, friendly and courteous.
He spent quite some time and executed the work to the highest standad. It is now impossible see any evidence of the damage.

Rob and Lisa please accept my thanks to you both

What a friendly lady to greet me

The first time I stepped in the sales office at holt I was greeted by a very friendly sales executive called Bonnie. She has gone out of her way to help make the process of buying a Lovell home as simple as possible. I really look forward to working with her and expect the whole experience to be good.

I could not fault the engineers (Rob & Marris) - they were really considerate as knew I was working from home and their attention to detail and care in their work was of a very high standard. Vicki in customer care is always do friendly and the worked was booked in super quick and at times that worked for me. Great experience all round!

Jacqueline at Central square

Jacqueline at Central square was excellent—she explained everything clearly and provided all the relevant details with the reservation. It was a great experience reaching out to her, as she was highly responsive, and communicated with great clarity while having all the information readily available.
We are only at the very start of our journey, but so far it has been amazing. She made our experience very enjoyable and ensured that both I and my family felt completely comfortable.

Thanks to Jordan, an excellent craftsman


We purchased our home on the Williams Park development in Wymondham, Norfolk, and have unfortunately experienced a large number of issues since moving in.

Today, Jordan repainted our front door pillars.
When we viewed and bought the property, they initially looked well finished, but the paint soon began to flake and black marks started showing through.

Among several other remedial works, Jordan had previously repaired a two foot square section of our ceiling which had to be cut out (after our brand new carpets in the upstairs hallway and bedroom were pulled up) because of a plumbing fault.
Jordan promised we would not see where the hole had been cut and he was true to his word.

Throughout every visit, Jordan has been a pleasure to deal with.
He clearly takes great pride in his work, pays close attention to detail, and strives to achieve the highest standard possible.
The quality of his workmanship is excellent, and he is a real credit to the company.

It is just a shame that our home was not finished to Jordan’s standard in the first place.
Had the original work been completed with the same level of care and professionalism that Jordan consistently demonstrates, many of these issues could likely have been avoided.

Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to Jordan for his hard work and commitment to delivering a quality result.

Jordan did an amazing job of repairing the staircase where setting had caused cracks.
Extra bonus for sorting the front door which was stiff to close. Polite and helpful all around!

Moving home - Lovell Recommended

We dealt with Jacqueline at Central Square and could not fault our experience. I felt that Jacqueline was very friendly, helpful and had great knowledge of the houses and could answer any questions we had on the spot without having to go elsewhere to find the answers. Our experience was great and believe that she wasn't only across everything to do with Lovell and the estate we were considering she was also very helpful with regards to the overall area and amenities.
