As a new mother, I spent most of my time during my pregnancy scouring Instagram and Pinterest and learning about what my baby was going to need and looking for the perfect, highest quality items both for my baby and her nursery. I made myself a promise. When the baby comes and reorganises my life I would do what I could to provide somewhere other mothers like me can source the items they need for their baby in one convenient location. Cancelled order with no explanation.
Ordered my daughter’s Christmas present and paid for express shipping to make sure it got here in time for Christmas. 3 days later they cancelled my order. No explanation, no apology, nothing. So now no Christmas present for my child. Appalling site/company.

I ordered a Teddy in November and have…
I ordered a Teddy in November 2022 and have still not received it. Found it difficult to contact them but eventually received email saying they were moving premises and order would be despatched before Christmas. Still not received it on 24th January 2023 or answers to my email

Avoid!!!
Avoid! I ordered Xmas presents for my children Sunday 11 Dec and paid for next day delivery. As of 20 Dec, there is no sign of my order after 7 working days, no confirmation or shipping information has been sent. No reply to emails or messages, and no one answers the phone number. Money has of course left my account. Stupidly I paid via the Shop app with a debit card rather than PayPal. Now I will have to try and do a charge back via my bank to try and get my money back. And find the children’s presents elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Items I ordered were not delivered so I emailed customer services with no rely. Then called the mobile number on the website and was told I would receive a call back. I’m still waiting. I’m now £50 out of pocket. Thankfully paid with PayPal so I am currently disputing to try and get my money back. Ridiculous company. Would not recommend.

Very cute giraffe teddy
Product arrived in good time. I was looking for a teddy to match a balloon and this was a match. This giraffe is soft and extremely cute. You pull the tail and it plays a beautiful lullaby that sounds very clear.

Great delivery service, as for the item itself it was very well packed. Beautiful item, I’m sure my new grandchild will love it. On the plus side it’s environmentally friendly too. Win,win. Will definitely use this company again.

Another brilliant product from Love my Lot !
This is the fifth product I have now bought from here for our baby grandson and everything we have bought have been excellent ! He absolutely loves his firefly for his high chair, it is colourful, tactile, sensory and has so many features for him to explore brilliant
