Thank you for visiting Love My Lot. As a new mother, I spent most of my time during my pregnancy scouring Instagram and Pinterest and learning about what my baby was going to need and looking for the perfect, highest quality items both for my baby and her nursery. I made myself a promise. When the baby comes and reorganises my life I would do what I could to provide somewhere other mothers like me can source the items they need for their baby in one convenient location. As this site grows I will continue to add to it hand-picked items that I feel are the best I experienced out there, filter the brands to the ones I know are reliable, stylish, safe and do the job as well as offer new ways I can showcase items to take away the worries of choosing the right thing. Easy to order ,delivered on time & well wrapped ,ordered the blue giraffe 🦒 for our great grandson who's delivery date is in May ,we are over the moon with the giraffe its so soft & the pulling of the tail starts playing a lullaby is a lovely touch

Item delivered to wrong address
Item delivered to wrong address. It was a small gift for my heavily pregnant daughter in law and son as I live away it was to cheer them up. So disappointed with the hassle of them having to go and collect from a different house hold in these difficult times this should not happen.some tried to help but basically told me it was delivered to correct address. After care not as ecpected

As detailed in our email correspondence, I have contacted Royal Mail a number of times regarding this, the manager from your local Royal Mail depot did respond to say that he had spoken to the driver and that the driver had confirmed he delivered it to the address provided and as I said, I am still waiting to hear from Royal Mail further, to see if we can get the GPS details to confirm the delivery location and try to see what happened, and if perhaps the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
If you would like me to continue looking in to this for you, could you please contact me to confirm the correct shipping address and I shall of course keep you informed with any further response from Royal Mail. I hope that despite this, your daughter in law was pleased with the item and if I can be of any further help at all, please do hot hesitate to get in touch again.
