Your prices are ridiculously high, coffee always tastes like it's 3 days old, and absolutely no water pressure in the showers anymore! Y'all use to be the best out here and you have stepped so far away from that it's not even funny! You cater to the vacationers more than you do the folks that keep this country running.

I fuels at loves in Lodi my Apple Watch got accidentally got kicked out of the truck as soon as I realized I called them they told me they had it and it was safe I drive out of Portland when I returned I went in to retrieve it they absolutely refused to help me I asked my husband to try and even with my phone pinging the watch right there they refused to look I did not block the watch because they said it was safe so for 4 days they had access to all of my info if they would have said they didn’t find it I could have blocked it and they would not return it to me I am a woman truck driver. I’ve been driving trucks for 15 years. I work for a very large, very prestigious company and I have notified the president of my company about the way that we are treated when we come to love we will never fuel there again just because I’m a truck driver does not mean that I do not have an education and that I’m a scumbag. I drive trucks so that my husband and I can be together and work towards a common goal together, I have never been treated as horribly as I have my loves and we will never feel there again or shop there which we do a lot of I don’t know what standards that you tried to uphold with your company, but my company doesn’t uphold the same values as you it is a hard job. It’s hard to be on the road. People are rude and disrespectful on the road and when we come into a place that is supposed to be geared towards the truck driver and we’re treated that way it is unconscionable to me, but that’s the face you want of your company. It’s disgusting.

Will never come here again I had to spend 39 dollars for a pair of simple reading glasses that should cost no more than a few dollars never again

I stopped into Love's at 45761 Dillon Road, Coachella, CA 92236. I spoke to David G. Quintero. He was exceptionally helpful to me. I had a blown tire and a broken leaf spring on my trailer. His team helped me secure my axle and suggested where I could find a replacement leaf spring. David and his team really helped me out. When I offered to pay, he said it was okay, and they provided some labor to secure the axle. If you want exceptional service, go see David Quintero at the Dillon Road Loves. Gas $4.19/ gal. No problem, gas high everywhere. No windshield washer fluid or squeegee available. Had to go inside to get receipt. No employee behind counter to ask for it. Location: East side of Rapid City, SD near Ellsworth AFB. Delay getting back on interstate.

I visited love’s travel stop in Tallulah, Louisiana to get an oil change for my semi truck. Came in and spoke with manager, Deante Riser and requested to get synthetic full synthetic T6 1540.
I expressed to the manager that I only wanted this particular oil because I had previous issues with a tech putting the wrong oil in my truck therefore loves had to repair it.
The churches chicken train manager mentioned that I needed to exit the building because I screamed liability!
I then walked out frustrated calling him an dumb A which was wrong…
I then walk back and ask him for his name when he presented me a car asked me if I want to call customer service there with him. Not only did I feel antagonize, but I also felt discriminated against because of no fault on my own negligence of one of his team members. To be labeled as a liability, which is very offensive he saw nothing wrong with it and was very dismissive about it.

Nobody gave ma shower ,I drove 1000 miles ,all rooms were vacant but she said it wasn't clean, I beg her ,but she said No! I ask how long need to wait ? She answered I m not sure it will be cleaned

Bernard here….Loves in ga off exit 129 is a shit show. Went for a tire at 8 pm at 10:30 they said I had to wait till the morning then I went to TA and got it changed that night. Called the next day and the manager sided with the workers. All full of SHIT! Bypass em …. Horrible

For the last 78 months, I have been traveling interstate 40 for about 800 miles and all the time that I have traveled back-and-forth every time I stop at loves they are absolutely filthy. There’s one I stopped at every toilet was on flushed and it was crap and toilet paper on the floor floors loves truck stops are the filthiest places in the country with the exception of one the loves truckstop in Clovis, New Mexico what a shack I went in there and the restroom was clean never before if I seen that in a loves and I complimented the employees and I wanted to leave a comment for the company, but they won’t even let me do it so I’ll do it publicly.

I don't like the fact that drivers cannot stay in the comfort of their own trucks while in the shop or outside bay, even when tech isn't working on truck. They expect us to just hang out in their fast food restaurant on those hard plastic benches or chairs, even though sometimes our trucks are in shop up to 8 or more hours sometimes. Loves do not provide a driver's lounge as some of the other truck stops does and so drivers are uncomfortable either in loves waiting room or restaurant in main bldg for however long it takes. How hard would it be for them to put an empty trailer in one of the spots and put some comfortable chairs a d A/C & heat. Drivers come in tired and spend most of their 10 hr break in uncomfortable conditions and have to start back driving a couple of hours later while loves charge their company a bunch of money for work done to trucks. No concerns for drivers while truck in shop.

I recently stopped into a Loves in Texas and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the people were. I felt like I was at a family members home. Well, if I had family. LOL. It remonded me of what people call southern charm, like in Georgia. Well I recommend Loves, the bathrooms are clean, showers are hot, and the drinks are refreshing. I also recommend the Berry Blast..

Loved my experience even though i've never been. Carlos was the freindliest kind soul i've ever spoke to. Highly recommend this place for gas. Loved it !!!!

Loves factoring is horrible. My rep Clarissa is disrespectful, rude and very sarcastic. The only time she was nice was when we signed up. The only positive thing I can say is they can get my money from one of the most difficult broker to get money from.

Loves is a very irresponsible place to work. Food service hours for the help are very low. And they don't set up a w4 for you. You have to do it on the computer which may be your phone. They want you to do the stuff while you are on the clock supposedly working. They give hours out to adults like they are kids. Don't work for them.

I took my truck in for an oil change on my working apu and now it do not work and they will not responsible for what went wrong.
I have reach to them several times still with no real action behind it.

I bought gas at store #785 today. The employee scanned my barcode and it beeped so I thought cool. I went to the pump and it didn't give me my 10cent discount per gallon . After pumping gas, I went inside
to ask why. The manager was called, she came out defending herself. I asked about the discount. She checked the register and said "you didn't scan a barcode. I said yes I did and the employee verified that I did. She flamed out stating that she didn't care and there's nothing she could do. I told her that the Attorney General's office would like to hear this fraud case . Possibly millions of discounts not getting to customers nationwide. I will go back to Speedway to get my gas and coffee. They give out discounts beyond 10 cents/gallon. Your store is closer to me, but Speedway has more stable employees and always nice. 10-4 out.

As a truck driver, I think loves have stepped away from looking at the drivers views. They’ve cut the showers completely off so if you don’t use them in seven days, you lose them love fails to realize that a lot of drivers cannot stop or use the shower every day the prices are gouge as far as food. The merchandise they carry for drivers is ridiculously high. They give no breaks to driver whatsoever anymore. They have gotten big and they have lost reality and touch and compassion for the drivers. This is why I will quit using love from now on. I will take my business elsewhere.

Been a year since GM Luis Cruz threatened me with a G. U. N. Company never reached out and clearly doesn't care about their employees. I wouldn't let anyone I care about work at this Loves. He threatened after I called him out for watching employees OF (after he fired her bf) and then bragged about it to workers. GM was sleeping with the RM while her husband worked under him. Sad I wasted 2 years of my life training for R.A.M just for that guy to come along and literally do whatever he wanted. Set up his own personal cameras and was just a creep the whole time. I feel sorry for his wife out in Arizone that was just getting cheated on for a year.Store 733
