Love Tiki Avis 

There were a few things wrong with the order. I got some things as a present for my partner with a couple of bits for me. Before the order came I was informed that they didn’t have one of the items so I had to phone and get that refunded. Then the bits I ordered were dasher bottles. They had normal pouring spouts on so are useless for bitters. I phoned up and although they were lovely they said this was normal. I am now stuck with some tiny bottles with standard spouts. As for my partners stuff I ordered some syrups, glassware and a julep strainer. The julep strainer was not in the box. By this point I had phoned up twice and I couldn’t be bothered to phone again with another issue.

Got what I wanted. First delivery went missing but staff were excellent to arrange a replacement. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely order again.

Well never received email or receipt, untill I emailed after so many days , then after this I received receipt and tracking and was upset it was not posted for me to receive in 5 days , so all in all took longer, but was happy with the item

Several bottles of Monin drinks I bought from this company was out of date and completly unusable,

they refused to refund them,

I can say that I definitely won't be buying anything from them again, ever!

Products I ordered were all good quality, however there was a problem with one of the items. On contacting the company, who were very apologetic, I was immediately offered and received a refund. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The item was discontinued when the order got to your suppliers, so I ended up with no product. I appreciate the refund, but feel the your suppliers need to keep you better informed as to the stock levels on items advertised.

Products are of good quality but the company has a total lack of customer service.
Have ordered some products and they sent them with DPD . DPD delivered my products to neighbours not specifying where . After bearly traking down the order have recovered part of it 5 boxes out of 6. LoveTiki refused taking any responsability and did absolutely nothing to help me get in possesion of the order and they refused geting involved saying that DPD has to sort this out . DPD said that lovetiki has to request a review . After long talks with them and e-mails prooving that they didnt sent the full order they still keep saying that they did . Trust level for them ... ABSOLUTE 0. they dont take responsability

Products were as expected and good value. Very good service.

I was told item is not available and got refunded eight days later.i'm sincerely saying if item not available please put a note for buyers that item is not available on your system.Thank you so much!!
