The doors is very nice and solide, as soon as I paid for the door had a text message and a follow up email saying the door would be delivered 21st. On the 20th received a text message giving me a 2hr slot for delivery the next day.
Received my door today on time and a very nice person delivering, very helpful.

The driver was a really pleasant guy
The driver was a really pleasant guy, he'd drove up from Bradford to Inverness. He arrived on time, helped me to bring the 3 doors I'd ordered into the house and stack them properly on the floor, he was chatty and cheerful throughout.

Poor customer service
Turned up more than an hour earlier than the beginning of the 2 hour time slot. Luckily my young daughter was home. Dumped this large heavy door on the door step and walked off and left a young girl to it!! Thanks for the non customer service.
