Hi,
I ordered the Luvele yogurt maker (with the glass container included) and an extra glass container about 2 months ago. I've realised just now (we're the beginning of February 2026) that actually the 2 Luvele glass containers, although looking identical , have a slight difference of solidity and weight: one (weight 436 grammes) is less solid that the other one (weight 750 grammes). It is a shame...Otherwise I've checked once the temperature to make the sibo yoghurt by doctor William Davis, and there's no problem with it at this level so far :)

Wonderful company, with friendly communication and excellent service. The yoghurt maker is top notch! I’ve been making Reuteri for some years but in an inferior maker. Now I have this one I’m making Gasseri as well and I’m delighted with the results. We love it so much I can’t keep up with the demand! The yoghurt maker is elegant in appearance, is easy to use, and completely reliable in terms of timings and temperature. The glass pots are also elegant, and very practical. I have two and am about to buy two more so I always have a spare to start a fresh batch. I can’t recommend highly enough - excellent quality - worth every penny!

I recently bought a Luvele yogurt maker on the advice of my brother.
He turned 80 last month, and I was impressed with how well he looked. He has been unwell in the past but several years ago he went on a keto diet and has been making his own yogurt, L rueteri of course,also for a number of years.
To loose some weight and tone up I’m now taking a fairly similar approach. Or trying to.
Anyhow regards the Luvele yogurt maker. I felt it was relatively expensive. However when I received it, and used it,I fell in love with it. It’s elegant in its compactness and simplicity and the touch controls also are simplicity itself.
Unfortunately the control panel was a little proud of the machine. When I questioned this through Luvele support, I was put onto a guy called Tim, who on hearing the problem immediately sent a replacement. Throughout my dealings with him he was cordial, pleasant and quickly realized, from the photos that I had sent that the control panel wasn’t properly attached.
After the replacement Tim remained in touch to ensure that I was satisfied. And I am. Completely satisfied and making lovely rueteri yogurt, that is, if I’m allowed to call it yogurt.

Ordered a mincer, it’s a great product and use it loads. I stupidly left some of the aluminium parts to soak too long and they oxidised so sent an email to luvele and they was kind enough to send out replacements. Very good service and company.

I have the Deluxe Pro Vacuum Sealer and absolutely love it. I use it daily with canisters I have from an old vacuum sealer, and it works a treat. It also gets a lot of use when we go on holidays - I take all my own meals and freeze them in vacuum sealed bags. It’s such a space saver and keeps everything fresh. I especially love that when I thaw the meals, I don’t have to worry about leaks. It’s so much better and quieter than my old vacuum sealer.
Additionally, the customer service is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this outstanding company.

I love my Luvele yogurt maker and am grateful to Tim, who extended extraordinary support over the past week with my order. He responded to my request to change the delivery address for my product (I mistakenly entered the wrong address), followed up, and made sure my order arrived at the appropriate address.

Outstanding company, I’m very impressed.
Everything I have bought from them are top of the range. I message them again recently and received instant response. My hand pump for glass storage containers stopped working and within three days they sent out a replacement, cannot ask for better.

I absolutely love my Luvele Pure Yogurt Maker—it’s truly been a game changer. I also really enjoy their website, videos, and all the delicious recipes. I recently made the Fig Yogurt Oat Bread, and it turned out amazing!

I’ve been a loyal Vitamix customer for years, but now that my current blender is over 20 years old, I’m seriously considering making the switch to Luvele.

I believe this is the only water bath yogurt maker in England.The others either dry or not straight forward to use by itself.

I am so pleased with my Luvele sure Yogurt Maker. It is an ‘upgrade’ for me so that I can now craft my own tempeh (delicious) as well as make L Reuteri (also delicious).
I was very nervous about my culturing adventures but my Luvele did not let me down.

Joe,I absolutely love this yogurt maker! I’ve made 5 or 6 batches since I received The Luvele and every one has turned out good. The best thing to keep in mind is that it is not as difficult as it may appear. It takes less than 30 minutes to sterilize everything and get a batch started. I really like plain yogurt so this is awesome to make a super healthy batch; I should have bought this years ago! The yogurt maker is easy to operate and lets you know what it’s doing at any time. This for me is a superior product compared to other ways or methods to make yogurt. After research I decided to go with The Luvele and it delivers as a professional product. At some point I’ll probably add some flavor but I am super happy right now with the plain. If you make it right you could actually make a thick style and use it in place of sour cream. I read someone was complaining the glass was thin and cheap accusing the company for this!? The glass seams to handle temperature change fine so if you pay attention to what you’re doing when sterilizing, cleaning, or storing, I can’t imagine you would have any problems. Luvele Pure Plus

Returned my dehydrator because it took so much longer than any other dehydrator I'd used. Had to go back and forth via email because they decided to argue with me and say I didn't understand how to dehydrate (I've been doing it since childhood) and I was shocked by such poor, argumentative customer service. As a consumer, I was well within my rights to return. None of my returns with other businesses have ever been this difficult. It was a really unpleasant experience.

This was last year - only reviewing now because I received an email ad and it reminded me that I'd forgotten to leave a review.

The quality is great.
I had a small yogurt maker that lasted about 6 weeks. I then went on a search and found Luvele. So glad I did. Because I make probiotic yogurt all the time, I bought the 1.5 quart and the 2.1 quart and both are perfect.

We are loving our yogurt maker and already seeing the benefits of our awesome yogurt made from the book "Super Gut"! I love the ease of use with your product and am now sharing the benefits of the yogurt with our friends and family. That being said, I will be ordering 2 more machines to give as gifts.Thank you for making a great product that reaches the high temps that we need. With our food supplies being sprayed with toxins and our meat being injected with all kinds of antibiotics and who knows what else, it is nice to know that we have a great product that is easy to use and can help heal our sick microbiome! Whether you are new to Luvele or just thinking about their products; you absolutely cannot go wrong! Over a period of time I have purchased the yogurt maker, the dehydrator along with silicone mats, and the blender. I could not be happier. Not only are they quality products but the customer service is topnotch!! I've had a few questions regarding some items and the response time and genuine customer service is nothing like I've experienced before. Tim is more than helpful and responds to your questions in a timely manner. I am going to be a true Luvele customer for life. Their recipes are to die for too!!

I was 1st attracted to the Luvele yogurt maker because the container was glass, not plastic and it was a 2 quart. The yogurt is thick and delicious. With the 2 quart, I now have my husband sharing with me and we both have enough yogurt for 8 days. Great job Luvele.

I've owned my food vacuum sealer for 6 years, it's worked well until today.
I sent a message to Luvele's Support team and received an answer from Tim within a few hours, offering help and linking me to a video showing me how to fix a problem with the foam gasket seals. It was straight forward and worked! Great customer service.

Bought the 2L Yogurt Pure Plus specifically to do L. Reuteri yogurt. It is a nice design and does not take up too much space on my kitchen counter. I had some initial concerns about the temperature differences between the top and bottom of the yogurt, but after consultation with customer services at Luvele, these were solved when I obtained jars that normally come with the Pure model They are lower and fit the Pure plus as well.
I was astonished at the lengths their customer service would go to assure my satisfaction.
