Delivery not received despite receiving dispatch confirmation. No response to query via website contact page and phone calls go straight to generic voicemail message (ie no mention of company name). Have reported to Paypal and received refund.
I would advise to avoid buying from this site.
Placed an order for 3 items on 1st June 2026. I received 2 of these items on 5th June 2026 and sent an email straight away asking where the 3rd product was and if they could rectify this either by refunding the 3rd item or sending it out. I have since sent 2 more emails aswell as completing an online 'contact us' form and tried calling them. I STILL have NOT received any reply of any kind or the 3rd product. I have also since found out that the items are old stock, probably about 2 years old! Nothing luxury about this company
Placed order on 30th April, no tracking updates whatsoever via Royal Mail and no reply from the company either when asking for an update. Will request refund via PayPal, probably scammers
Placed an order on 11th April and it has now been over two weeks with absolutely no update. No dispatch confirmation, no tracking, nothing. I also emailed twice to ask where my order is and didn’t even get a reply.
Their lack of communication is unacceptable, and still waiting to hear if my order has even been sent.
Do not shop with them, avoid.
My first order. I ordered a shampoo from them online and they sent the conditioner instead. I contacted them in total four times by e-mail, with no response. I have had to add their website on Trust Pilot, as it wasn't registered here. So I hope that this helps others to think twice before sending them your money.
