I have still ongoing issues with this clinic ,who refused to correct surgery ,revoked my warranty.
Refuses to communicate .
Blocked on all social media to do with them .
Im talking now from another issue ,with an abscess , told that bridge bottom teeth now ,is to close to gum ,im my gum ,in agony .
I will not be silenced or go away ,I have been slammed from payed Trolls, shills who also work for this disgusting ,disgrace of a clinic .
It was owner Mehmet who refused treatment Revoved warranty .
Having spent almost £10000, with them .I have asked for my clinical data ,it has been with forged signatures not mine ???
Date I put down on here ,not even sure has that has also been put in ,not by me .
States only 2 visits, When I visited 3 TIMES .I am unable to put start of Treatment date on here ,,implants were fitted botched ,,,,2021

The dental appointment were spot on and the treatment was OK? So why have I put ok for the 1st time round on when I had all my teeth took out I had a big bleed in the night I went to the hotel reception in the morning and told them the blood went all over the pillow case and blanket next thing I was told to go to reception and they changed me £50.00 euro for the bedding and wanted to change me another 10 euros for the pillow case. But because they didn't give me any cover for the pillows they didn't charge we for them.The hotel it self needs updating and the staff could be more interactive with the customers. On the 2end visit I had the post put in but after going to the camist the get tablet and injection and then to the hospital witch all cost money this is quit home. As my friend said why don't the hotel check up on people like me as I am a single person just to make sure that all is fine? Just to finish off i have made so great friends because we are all in the same boat (sorry about the spelling mistake)

I had an excellent service from magic smile. I had an all on 4 treatment and the care and communication from start to finish was fantastic. Daily check ups and no hidden costs. Everyone at the clinic was extremely friendly

Our All-on-4 Experience with Magis Smile
My husband and I travelled together for our dental treatment with Magis Smile, and we would like to share our experience.
Our journey started with a consultation with their representative, Ana, in Drogheda, Ireland. She carried out a brief assessment, explained the treatment process and procedures, and gave us recommendations on how to prepare, including stopping smoking. We were then provided with an estimate.
My husband chose the All-on-4 treatment with the all-inclusive package, which meant there were no unexpected additional costs later. For me, the recommendation was a combination of implants, crowns and a bridge. The package also included some discount towards flights, airport transfers, accommodation, breakfast and soup three times a day.
Communication throughout the whole process was through WhatsApp, which worked very well for us.
We travelled to Antalya twice with SunExpress on a direct flight. During our first visit, X-rays and scans were taken. We paid the deposit, and then the surgeon and prosthodontist discussed and agreed the treatment plan with us.
The following day, all the necessary procedures were carried out. Where teeth needed to be removed, this was done under local anaesthetic, and we had no pain during the procedures. The implants were then placed. We were provided with antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication and painkillers, and a visit to a local hospital was also arranged for an injection .
The transport arrangements were excellent. A driver met us at the arrival point and took us to the hotel, and following communication from the clinic, the driver also met us at the hotel reception for our appointments. Everything was very well organised.
The clinic staff were professional and helpful, and translators were available, which made communication much easier. We were particularly happy with our doctors, Dr Goknur Fettahoglu and Dr Baris Ozsecen, our translator Aigul Galina, and our nurse Seren. We felt well looked after throughout the treatment.
The hotel was basic but very clean, and the staff were amazing. Our room was cleaned every day. One small tip for anyone staying there: ask for extra pillow covers, as there can be some bleeding following extractions.
We were given temporary dentures to use between visits. The plan was for us to return approximately six months later for the final stage of treatment.
I have to be honest—the six months between visits were probably the hardest part of the whole experience. We had to eat food that was shredded, blended, soft and well cooked. I really missed my steak and apples!
On our second visit, temporary teeth were fitted first. We then worked with the team to finalise the colour, shape and size of our teeth before the permanent zirconium teeth on a titanium base were fitted.
After that, we returned to the clinic every second day for final adjustments and comfort checks. This was very reassuring, as it gave us the opportunity to raise any concerns and make sure everything felt right.We would recommend to come for at least 8 days on your second visit
All the necessary paperwork was completed, including the MED 2 form, and we received our implant certificates and post-treatment care advice.
We have only been back home for about three weeks, so we are still getting used to our new teeth and new smiles. I think it is important to be realistic about what your are will be going trough.
Overall, we are very happy with our experience and the care we received from Magis Smile. From the initial consultation in Ireland, through the treatment in Antalya and the follow-up appointments, we felt supported and well looked after.

Brillant job done have lovey friendly experience , done a brilliant job nice hotal very good transfer very clean and kind staff the pay for my fight hotel transfer and give me all on 8 top and bottom with temp teeth to go home with it’s about a mile away for hotel so I walked it on last day but very happy and would recommend 100 per sent ,let me add as I seen this from others I did not fell a thing thank your magic smile

My experience with Magic Smile in Antalya was very positive. On my first visit, I had 16 teeth removed and 12 implants placed, and from my own experience, it was painless and straightforward. I stayed the week, they monitored healing, and the temporary dentures looked good. The whole process felt like a well-oiled conveyor belt. I was picked up at the Azuu Hotel, taken to the clinic, and looked after properly. Five months later, I returned for my permanent screw-retained teeth. I had several fittings, and they adjusted things whenever details needed work. They really seemed detail-oriented. Special mention to Saousen, who supported me throughout my visits and always had a genuinely lovely manner. At the hotel, meeting other patients made the experience feel less clinical and more like two memorable holidays. And best of all, I came home with a very very Magic Smile and can finally eat properly again. Thank you, Magic Smile.

Great experience at Magic Smile Turkey & i honestly love my new teeth which were fitted November 2025.

This last month (September 2026) I noticed that on one side of my new top row of teeth seemed to be a tiny bit loose.

I thought I’d have to go back to Turkey to be honest, however I contacted magic smile in Manchester & right away, they connected me with a fantastic dentist called Stavros who is part of the after care team. He saw me within 3 days and he found that the issue was a loose screw. This issue happens from time to time with implants apparently.
Sorted promptly & professionally. Thank you to Stavros, Rob & Charlie at the Manchester Clinic.

My experience with Magic smile on two visits was amazing.. starting with getting a private taxi from the airport to my hotel.couldn’t fault the hotel it’s been perfect for my weeks stay.
