Scammers: Account blocked, then charged, then excessive personal attack
After blocking my account for no reason, I was still charging me a $70 renewal fee a week later.
I emailed asking for a refund rather than go ahead and dispute.
I assumed that was a courtesy on my end (I should've just disputed), but I was instead attacked and told to "not threaten them again".
Final email from their side was too profane to quote here.

Subscribed to the Hobby Version because it was for hobby projects, randomly get a notification that they are upgrading me to "Pro" because it looks like I'm a business / commercial?? At this point I hadn't even used their service yet, now I'm randomly charged nearly 5x the original price of the subscription. And the kicker is to dispute this they ask you to reply to a noreply notifications email. Do not work with this fraud scam company based in Estonia where you cannot legally pursue them.
Extremely rude support, sudden account closure, no professionalism
I strongly advise you to stay away from MailSlurp.
They automatically upgraded my personal Starter plan to a Pro plan without asking me — just because my email domain looked “commercial”. When I asked for a refund and explained that I paid personally, they didn’t fix anything. Instead, they closed my account and refunded me with a message saying:
“You are too difficult for us to work with sorey.”
That’s not a joke. That was their actual response.
This is by far the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever seen.
If something goes wrong — you’ll be ignored or banned instead of helped.
There are many other email testing tools out there. Don’t waste your time or data here.

The worst Costumers service ever and also they take my money they charge 340$ for nothing and they frozen my paid account i open multiple ticketwithout nothing
Poor customer service
Worst customer support ever! Extremely rude! My account got frozen a few days into trying out the product and spending hours implementing. i submitting multiple tickets via the website using the link in the frozen account notification to no end i heard nothing for days. and when i finally got hold of them, they were extremely rude and proceeded to tell me the only way you can send emails is to switch to a paid plan, even though i was on a trial. plan initially. they immediately to proceeded to end the conversation abruptly without checking with me. When i tried to reach out to them again to get some clarification about my issue, them immediately ended the new conversation again!
Great Testing Solution
Been using Mailslurp for five years and I'm really happy with the full service. I use it to test email functionality so I don't spam my customers. It's quick, simple and works. When I've contacted support they've always been very helpful. Won't be switching anytime soon. Thanks Mailslurp!

Closing my account without prior notice, deleting all the amounts I paid. Although my account did not have many requests.
When you can't provide a stable and quality system, why do you take money and suffer other people's business to lose?
This is a robbery in broad daylight.
My suggestion is to use similar services, MailSlurp is an irresponsible business.
