Very reliable and an excellent service
Very reliable. They respond fast and very helpful when dealing with queries even if I message in the evenings.
All my rental documents are saved on an online dashboard and very easy to access and use.
Much better than dealing with high street estate agents. I’ve used them for approximately 7 years now and there prices are much more affordable than what I’ve been quoted outside! Will keep using them!

Going the extra mile is normal for makeurmove....
A really difficult exit of one tenant and quick turn around of referencing and processing the new tenant by makeurmove means I have lost no funds and the house was not left vacant. Sam and the rest of the team went out of their way to make sure that it happened in tight time constraints. What I love most about makeurmove apart from the great value for money is the communication - they proactively keep you informed at all points - simple common sense texts - wish other companies understood that its not the waiting its the not knowing that causes issues!

Fantastic Customer Service
After years of using high street estate agents and being left feeling disappointed with the poor service I decided to manage my properties myself. I can honestly say that using MakeUrMove has been brilliant. I let my property in days and the customer service has been excellent. I will definitely be using them again!

Managed to find tenant in free 7 days…
Managed to find tenant in free 7 days cost for other services not onerous so used them for tenancy agreement and deposit lodge.
