18 years of great service

I've been using the Mannatech products for 18 years, specifically the Ambrotose technology and the other core products Plus, AO and Catalyst. My family and I have experienced wonderful wellness results as a result of these technologies. I would highly recommend these products to anyone who wishes to maintain their wellness.

Money taken, but no goods. Check your accounts!

Day 35 of trying to get my money back from Mannatech! My wife is an associate and Mannatech has, belatedly, agreed to refund the final £56.25 of three orders that were never delivered... this totalled over £230 held by Mannatech in accounts for over a year. Mannatech has benefitted from holding my money and been in clear breach of contract under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (payments made for goods never received). As of today, the final £56.25 has not been refunded... despite Mannatech claiming they paid it back last week! Then they wanted to check a bank account that they had refunded £177 to just two weeks ago... either delaying tactics or just complete incompetence.

In all three instances Mannatech simply took money and never provided any goods. All of these instances were Mannatech's errors, not ours. Yet when the company's customer services department contacts you they make out they're doing you the biggest favour ever when, in fact, they have effectively stolen money and kept it in their accounts.

A message to any Mannatech associate... a simple check of my wife's activity being an associate (for just over 2 years) highlighted over £230 of funds taken out of our bank account with no goods ever received. I urge all Mannatech associates to check the full history of your dealings with this company as it might highlight similar discrepancies in your accounts. Indeed, I know of another associate who is owed a hell of a lot more (around £2K). Check all your orders and bank statements to make sure you haven't been charged for goods you never had...

Extremely Poor Service and ordinary products

I ordered some products. They made me violently ill, so contacted the company, they sent me a label to return. I did that expecting a refund. A week later I get them back, with another almost $550 charge to my CC. I complained again so they told me to return them again. That time I had to pay for shipping which was almost $34. I did get the the almost $1100 back as credit, but they changed me for returning both shipments which ended up being about $46. Very poor business on their part and the products were unimpressive with getting so sick.

Using ambrotose and gi probalance has sorted out my gut issues. I have an auto order for my products to be delivered each month. Excellent loyalty program so I get free products with my points.

The products aren't "bad"

The products aren't "bad", but they can be bought SOOOOO much cheaper from nutritional stores. Also, I was a Mannatech sales associate and there was absolutely NO transparency on how or what you were getting paid as your commission....you basically just waited, got a direct deposit....kinda like "SUPRISE.....here's what ya got"!!. You should be knowing all along, step by step, what your commission is going to be BEFORE you get paid

I believe taking Mannatech Ambrotose has helped me live

I have now been taking Mannatech Ambrotose for over 15 years, I believe. I am age 87, and I believe I would probably have died before now had I not been taking Ambrotose. When I tried it out, I had four problems, at least two could possibly have killed me before now. I was having a lot of pains as well as other problems. Within a few weeks all pains were gone. The one I remember most was my sinus, where I was needing medical support at least four times per year. I needed medicine one more time after beginning to take Ambrotose, and since then there has been no more medicine for nasal problems. I quit taking it about 6 months ago but began to not feel so good. Therefore, a couple weeks ago I started taking Ambrotose again and I am feeling very well. I have been into genealogy and have almost all male ancestors back into the 1700s. My grandfather died 4 months prior to his 89th birthday, and this is the oldest age of my male ancestors. I cannot say I will live longer, but there is a good chance of doing so.

3/4 of the way to being a perfect supplement

Shipping is supper fast! Products taste great! Loose powdered products would be a lot more handy to use if you offered individual packets for on the go. Also any vitamin pills that are a hard packed pill that has Microcrystalline cellulose. Perfer not to have wood in my supplements. I haven’t gotten around to checking all the ingredients yet.
