Mannatech came to my rescue.

I ordered TRULU PM to my supplement line about two weeks prior to Christmas. I found the product seemed to result in the opposite way it is designed to do. I waited until I was in a situation with less stress and tried it again a couple of nights. Mannatech came through for me one more time in getting the OK for my product return. I had trouble hearing back from the TruLU Support ticket I submitted. I will not be ordering from TruLU again.

I am a 25 year plus associate

I am a 25 year plus associate, with one strong leg. Never had the luck or sell to build a second and now have no clue how. In December I received zero for a commission cheque instead of the measly amount I was getting. You should consider it embarrassing I make money from loyalty points than commission!
BTW. offering customers the option to FINANCE their supplements should scream red flags that we are way to expensive.

Overall this experience is fine, a couple irritations

Overall this experience is fine. There are a lot of steps to log in to change an auto order, like entering credit card number EACH TIME. I also don’t like that I only get one reminder of an order coming up and if I change the date, there is not another reminder - card just gets charged. I would like to know each time an order is coming up no matter if I’ve already changed it once.
