We sold our home with Manning Stainton, Ben and the team at Garforth were excellent at marketing our home we received multiple offers and sold quickly. Our sales manager Lesley Alexander was fantastic in moving our sale through to completion, she’s incredibly tenacious, responsive and solution minded. Sales pitch I thought? No, the next day Ben called me and arranged a viewing. Ben sold my house immediately with no need for it to be advertised and no photos needed and for 100% of the asking price.

All staff have been fab from start the finish - including Emma and Theresa initially and in particular Charlotte Poutney who has kept us informed regularly. Charlotte is really friendly and has been very approachable for all queries.

Efficient staff who helped explain even the most obvious things clearly and helpfully. Quick to action anything necessary and easily contactable.

We shopped around and mannings were the most expensive but we had a brilliant sales pitch promising a premium service. We fell for it paid more and that was the end of the good service. Since then we have had nothing but problems, mistakes, lies, rude staff, lack of feedback, lack of chasing, you name it they have gone wrong with it. When challenged their manager became defensive and argumentative, they have done everything they can to deny the service we have received, taken zero accountability when we formally complained and refused to support us in anyway. We are now left with a higher price than anywhere else and sub level service. We might as well marketed ourselves. We have been forced to take our case to the ombudsman due to zero support from the Garforth branch! Avoid if you can and save your money by choosing someone else.

They have provided a competent and efficient service throughout the selling process making it easy and painless for us. Thank you.
