We went with Manning Stainton simply because they picked up the phone when I rang initially a couple of others didn’t answer the phone.

I recently sold a house with ManningStainton Headingley. I moved to them after a couple of deals fell through with one of their competitors (in my view through their fault). After moving to MS the process was efficient and smooth - I have experienced so many issues with other estate agents but MS were perfect!
