As I live in an area with iffy signals from all the providers I did some research on dual sim technology and came across Mantistec, check out their video explaining it. As a consequence I plumped for a Nova dual sim phone from them after phoning to make sure that I knew what sims to buy. The phone was delivered in 2 days (you can select faster delivery methods) and was exactly what I wanted and it works! I now have some connectivity that I did not have before. Thoroughly recommended.

Although I decided not to keep the phone that I had selected, at every stage Iwas given excellent service and every opportunity was given to me to either upgrade to an alternative phone or accept a refund .
Although very few retailers send a full written manual these days I do think that an assumption that we can just muddle our way through a long learning curve is both lazy and frustrating. So please insist upon a fully illustrated and comprehensive manual

Prompt delivery, arrived far earlier than expected. Forta smartphone does absolutely what it said it would on the side of the tin!

The staff were thorough in providing info and explaining regarding their products which helps you decide before purchasing any product. The delivery was pretty much as stated.

Eighteen months ago I purchased from Mantis Tech a Nova mobile phone. It has been an excellent phone. Unfortunately the battery needed replacing, Mantis Tech had several in stock.My phone is now as good as new.Mantis Tech dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to make any future purchases from this company.

I bought a phone yesterday as a gift for my friend and the service was exceptional when I enquired about their products I spoke directly to a senior member of staff and he was very informative and it was a real pleasure doing business with this company as I had previously twice ordered online which turned out to be Chinese companies which took my money and did not supply the goods. One payment I got back and the other is now a fraud matter with my bank. I would highly recommend buying from Mantistech as it is UK based and all problems if any can be dealt with promptly unlike buying online from some obscure Chinese company and then worrying if the goods will turn up and/or just how effective they will be.

I have been looking for a good quality dual sim phone.Finally I purchaced the Graphite Grande
5.5" phone It came in a sturdy box.The quality of the phone is excellent. The 32 GB external memory card is bonus.It took me sometime to Leary all the features of the phone.The instruction book was not very helpful . Overall this is an excellent phone and met my expectations of a quality phone.Very prompt customer care.

Phoned for and recieved excellant advice regarding the type of phone which suited my needs. The phone was delivered next day and I phoned up for help in setting up the internet from my provider, this was done over the phone very quickly and without any problems. Phone working great and would highly recommend Mantistech to freinds or family in the future

Mak offered us a full refund when we found that we could'n charge both batteries in our smart mobiles. With a little research, a double battery app has resolved all of our problems. We would buy again from Mantistech, no hesitation. Thanks Mak

Poor Mak,
I've been on about buying a new phone for ages but worried about buying on line and as I'm so old not know really what the hell I really needed (Mak could of sold me a bag to wear over my head)
but thankfully I found a true businessman, straight talking and loads of advice. I now have a phone that works brill and with my "talkmobile" sim I'm keeping control of my monthly Bill. I know if i need any help Mak will always offer help and and be happy offer any support guidance
