Helpful customer service. Issue with an order being supplied with some parts missing but Karen Short was helpful in resolving the issue and having the missing items dispatched to us.

Amazing buying experience

I recently placed an order with Manutan and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well-organised, which made a real difference.

A special mention must go to Rheanna Lindley, who went above and beyond in handling our order. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive to detail throughout. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and she ensured everything was processed quickly and accurately. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

Hand Truck - Fabulous Customer service

I’d like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Karen Short at Manutan. We accidentally placed an order for two items instead of one. I called customer service immediately, but the shipment had already been picked up.

Karen went above and beyond to help. She managed to adjust the order back to one item and saved us from the surcharge that would have applied for returning the duplicate — something I wasn’t aware of when placing the order. This kind of genuine, supportive customer service makes all the difference.

The product itself — the Hand Truck — looks excellent, and my warehouse team is very pleased with it.

Pretty standard product overall

Pretty standard product overall, nothing particularly special. Delivery was delayed, and when I contacted them, I was told it was coming from a supplier abroad and they’d check and get back to me, but I never heard anything further.

It did eventually arrive, but for what it is, I do think it’s a bit overpriced.

Faulty item delivered

Faulty item delivered. 2 weeks later, I am chasing them asking when we are getting it replaced even though they have advised it will be replaced.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service.

Had an issue with the order that arrived which was my fault and Emily sorted it out straight away. She was really quick at helping me with no additional charges.

Will be back to shop again soon. The service made me sure I will be a repeat customer.

Damaged chair resolution

I was disappointed when a chair came in damaged from manufacturer however Karen Short was incredibly helpful in sourcing the replacement from supplier. She went above & beyond for me pushing the supplier to improve a lead time on a replacement & when she wasn't getting a satisfactory answer she ordered us a replacement anyway. I would give 5* for Karen but lose a star for the chair coming in damaged in the first place! Thanks Karen!
