Altijd fijne en lieve mensen in de winkel en ook via customer care. Fijne en betaalbare producten. Leuk dat je nu drops kunt sparen. Ga zo door!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a scented candle set I recently purchased from your store. The set is the candle discovery set 100gram, which I ordered on 16th of March.
Unfortunately, the candle has been extremely disappointing. Despite my excitement, the scent was very faint to non-existent, and even when I lit them according to the instructions, there was little to no fragrance in the room.

This is especially frustrating considering how much I love Marie-Stella-Maris home scents, and I was really looking forward to enjoying these candles. I've been trying to get an answer from customer service for 5 days and no reply. The lack of engagement with an unsatisfied customer is making me question if I still want to keep purchasing from Marie Stella-Maris.

The title of the Scent No.12 "Objects d Amsterdam" caught my attention, since I imagined many possible scents from the urban dutch City could be fitting for a soap or fragrance. I have been satisfied with my products every time, expanding my collection of the brands products from a simple kitchen soap to now almost every item displayed. The quality of the band it self is high, such as the price. Therefore you can expect a valid amount of quality which is definitely provided, starting with glass bottles instead of a cheap plastic one or a second bottle-pump in cause it breaks my mistake.
I will surely continue my journey with them.

Oké oké, ik betaal een keer €20 voor een klein flesje met geurstokjes. Want het ruikt zo heerlijk. Veel te duur, maar dan heb je ook wat. Echter, na een week blijkt de geur amper meer te ruiken. Dat is niet oké voor zo'n duur kwaliteitsproduct. Dus: Mailtje naar Marie gestuurd, na een weekje antwoord. Strekking: "jammer joh, je hebt het flesje vast op de tocht gezet. (Nee!) Dus ga maar naar Douglas waar je het kocht. Wij helpen je niet. Ajuus".

Zucht.

Zo jammer dit. Dat koop je dus nooit weer.

Graag deel ik een update na mijn vorige review. Ik ben zeer correct benaderd na plaatsing van de beoordeling door Customer Support met uitgebreide excuses en heb inmiddels vervangende producten mogen ontvangen. Het was neem ik aan gewoon pech en in samenloop met een slechte pakketdienst van de ING Rentepuntenwinkel erg laat geleverd. Bedankt Marie Stella-maris voor deze opvolging.

Heb er al ervaring mee, ruikt heel goed.
Wij hadden een bestelling geplaatst, niet ontvangen. Nu nog wachten op antwoord. Maar de ervaring dat ik heb met het product is super!

Love this brand! The Rock Roses room spray is divine! The candles are great but the smell could be a bit better. Everything is packed really nice and delivered fast.
