Despite the fish arriving 2 and a half hours after being expected, because the courier couldn't find my house in the first place,they were alive, although very lethargic looking. Today, they look very happy in my aquarium with all of their new friends. File fish, I know from personal experience are the BEST AND CHEAPEST way to be free of aptaisia.

Excellent, Super fast delivery with my clean up crew, Well package along with extra info on acclimating and details of support if any issues. In this case none. All in Aquarium Alive and settling in well. Will definitely Use again.

Everything went smoothly until I tried to contact them to find the status of my order. They would not answer the phones or their online chat. I tried email and got no help at all. All I wanted was to access my account online to check on the status of my order. In the end I called them scammers to try to get their attention. That worked. They cancelled my order and refunded my money. Their customer care is non existent.

I have ordered a couple of times from this company. Every time I have been very impressed by the overall quality. Everything from the customer care and support to the packaging, to the ultra fast delivery.
The livestock seem very healthy too.
Would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve ordered from these guys before and not had a problem but it seems when there is a problem. Nobody gets back to you. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a response. Sometimes the livestock will turn up within a few days. Sometimes it could be 10 days this time they did not give me any notice of delivery and when they delivered I was out so changed the delivery date for the next day and then I got a message from the delivery company saying they have cancelled that delivery date and they scheduled the next day when the livestock arrived most were dead the ones that were alive died in the fish tank, this is the delivery companies fault but I have emailed marine world Aquatics six times and have not had a response so I will be doing a charge back on my debit card to get my money back

Another perfect delivery, fish stunning and very healthy, I could recommend marine world aquatics to anyone, do yourself a favour and at least give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Paul.

Ignore the haters! I can guarantee 98% of the bad reviews here on Trustpilot are simply because some folk either don’t read or don’t understand the terms and conditions. I for one can say I’ve never had a problem!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced waiting for a month for my order witch I Know is a possibility but I contacted them to ask on a update but no response contacted them again no response and for a third time no response in between this they keep sending my email telling me about there stock levels and how I could miss out if I don’t order right away what a joke can not even complete the order I have and then after all that all I get is a email saying by my request the order is cancelled absolute liar all I done was ask for an update will never use this company for anything again stay away

Absolute rubbish. Couldn’t give it zero stars or I would have. Very disappointed and let down. Checked by chat online that the fish I was looking for was in stock and their hours advertised on their website as open from 11am at their address on Buttershaw Lane. Drove 102 miles to find the place boarded up. I rang to be told they only deal on-line now and blamed the web site developers - if they actually exist. Terrible service. Complete waste of my day and petrol. One customer gone. If they care. I’ll take this review down when their details have been corrected so no one else has a wasted trip.

I have been allowing my newly purchased fish to acclimatise and settle in my quarantine aquarium, before writing this review. I can now confidently state that these fish are some of the healthiest I have ever purchased. Judging by the packaging, I knew these fish had received optimal care before shipping.
