I hired Marketing 360 for a website redesign, expecting a high-quality, professional product. Instead, I was completely ripped off—they charged me over $20,000 for a website that was sloppy and full of typos etc. I could have used an AI tool and built a better site in a week for a fraction of the cost.

Their marketing services were just as bad—generic, ineffective, and a total waste of money. I repeatedly voiced concerns to Eric Woods, but all I got were excuses and empty promises. Nothing improved, and I was left with a unprofessional website that I now have to fix myself.

This company is running a well-packaged scam. They lure in small businesses with big promises and overcharge for low-quality work. DO NOT waste your money—stay far away!!

This company was built on fraud. Their original name is madwire. They changed that name in all their marketing material to marketing 360 but their credit card charges still bear madwire. I researched this company for 3 months before signing on with them. They promised to do the work and follow through. I signed on for $2250 per month with $1000 going towards paid ads. It took them 3 months to set up the social media presence . I was paying $2250 monthly. They still charged me $2250 for the 4th month which included $1000 for paid ads when they haven't ran even one paid ad. I asked for a refund on the $1000 . They stopped communicating and I did not get up to 5 calls after 4 months. marketing 360 is madwire and the only thing they have in common is fraud. I will file a complaint with FTC. This people are criminals. They hired nice people that will bend over backwards to make you sign up. Once you sign up, they will hand you ove to another team and from there it is fraud 101

They made a great website, there was a slight misunderstanding around the terms of the plan we had formulated for my site, but the important part is they resolved it and thats all anyone can ask for. Everything is business as ussual. Happy to know these guys are not the type to take advantage and are fair.

Terrible. Got stuck in a contract that promised a brand-new website and received a terrible product. Their graphic designer team and lead generation were overcharging. Once I was able to finish the contract, I found a different company where I paid 1/2 of the monthly fee, and with 1/2 of what I was spending on Google ads, I got more leads. Do not sign up for it. You will regret it like I did.
