I would like to thank to my house manager Costa for he’s prompt response , support and help in getting new washing machine very quickly. We have rented through Martyn Gerrard before, and the team was very helpful. This time, I noticed improvements in the customer experience, particularly the use of WhatsApp messages to make communication smoother and faster. As we are often at work and unable to take phone calls, being able to communicate via WhatsApp made the process much more convenient.

Zak helped us at the beginning by gathering our details and starting the referencing process. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, and he was always quick to respond, professional, and polite. After that, our case was handed over to Alexia, who assisted us with the referencing process. She was also very helpful, quick to respond, and professional throughout the process.

Both ZAK and ALEXIA were amazing. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and smooth.
