Good mattress, poor delivery service
Mattress was well packaged and so far feels lovely and comfortable. The delivery experience however, was not so positive as I had paid extra for delivery to the room of choice which I assumed would include the removal of the 3 layers of heavyweight polythene that the mattress was wrapped in. The delivery men refused to do this saying it wasn’t part of the service and left me, a 70 year old woman with mobility issues to wrestle with mattress on my own.

The delivery was not next day. It was after 5 to 6 days we recieved the mattress. The quality of mattress is very good. The service of delivery need improving.

Careless and rude delivery
The guys who delivered and removed my old mattress were rude, left a long scratch and marked my wall when taking my old mattress away and barely spoke English so a conversation was not possible regarding their rushed and careless service.
I will not use this service again.

I am a repeat customer
I am a repeat customer, I purchased 2 Kingsize mattress that did not fit, I asked to send it back and purchase 2 double size ones. Normally with another company it would have been a straight forward procedure, but first of all they would not arrange a collection even when I stated I would pay for it, they said I need to arrange my own delivery which with mattresses is not an easy task. When I called up they were unhelpful, I am sure they have had many people in my situation where they need to send back a mattress. They said I have to buy the new ones pay an additional £198 for sending back the brand new unused packaged mattresses, then they will arrange a pick up with AIT to pick up the mattresses. I will never buy again from them, and don't be fooled by the "low" prices they milk it out of you in other ways, which it did not mention clearly on their website. Awful customer service.
