Bit of a mixed experience so far
Bit of a mixed experience to be honest. The salesman was knowledgable, personable and helpful, but we did have to chase him up for information during the sales process quite a bit. We did eventually get answers and we were pleased to eventually be able to pick up the vehicle as agreed. But there were some scratches and dints that we weren’t expecting (we were told it would be sent to the body-shop first) and to our surprise the service light was already on. We were told that a service HAD actually been done and that the paperwork would be forwarded on straight away, but it has now been 2 weeks since we collected it, and, despite chasing (with no response), there has been nothing. I suspect maybe the service hadn’t actually been done after all ? We were also promised a touch-pen for the unexpected scratches, but again that hasn’t arrived. So our experience is that they are great when you are buying, but the after-sales so far hasn’t been great. Hopefully it will get resolved. If so then I will update this review .

Customer care make promises and just like there products don’t deliver!!!

I have 2022 maxus van 37000 milage
The van has issue with the moter engine its been 4 days with dealer they have not given us replacement van or any other van and ....
Still not know how long it will take they waiting for underwriter
I do not understand why are those details not said before van buy a brand new maxus .... That if buy a. Van if the van it's broken down no replacment van and all repair Need first. By underwriter confirmed

Very helpful with sourcing me with the vehicle I asked for. Vehicle was delivered to the garage within a week and even when we had a issue on the vehicle it was sorted the next day and the manager waited on site well after hours to hand the vehicle over to us.

I got a brand new deliver lwb 9 2025 it's advertised saying you can get android auto no chance it doesn't support android auto I've tried everything and contract maxus deliver 9 2025 they say it's not so why are they selling the van with android auto it's a rip off big screen that's ut
Getting better by the week ........
I have held off writing a review as in the begining Northside Bradford let me down regarding the customer service and how long they kept my company Maxus deliver 9 for But....Im glad to now write they really have turned things around over the last few months from initial booking in, to the literally daily/hourly brilliant updates I receive from Mark Potts (Workshop Manager) the whole team at Northside Bradford seems to have turned things around and im more than happy to keepusing them.
