This company`s after sales service is second to none…

The MBMS after sales service is second to none, they installed a new boiler for a pensioner neighbour of mine. Piloting a modern boiler for most people is daunting enough, but for older people it can be a nightmare. Many visits to explain again and again the operation of the boiler resulted, to simplify matters they installed a controller which was much easier for him to use, at their cost.
Jack the engineer was pleasant and very sympathetic to my neighbours needs, very much to his credit and deserves to be mentioned.

We had a boiler installed from this…

We had a boiler installed from this company in December 2022, tbh I can't the service when installing, it's the after care service. We weren't shown anything on how to work the boiler, since they left we have had air in the system, we had to get a plumber out and he's convinced the system hasn't been bled, flushed and an inhibitor put through. Once they get your money, there is no after sales help. Contrary to what it says on their website.
Would I recommend them..... absolutely not.
UPDATE
as a reply to their reply, I contacted them pretty much straight away about the problems with the air in the system, I have emails to prove it, I'll be seeing you in court, just waiting for solicitor to put final legal proceedings together.

I'm sorry to hear you have not had the best experience with us. We have been in contact with yourselves several times since we completed the agreed works and have established that the issues with your system are nothing to do with the work we completed.

You're system was working fine for 3 months, and issues only arose after you had another company in to do works on a separate system. We therefore cannot be held accountable for something that isn't our doing. I appreciate this isn't the response you were hoping for, but unfortunately there is nothing further we can do for you in regards to this matter. - Dylan
