I want to leave a review specifically for Tom to acknowledge the brilliant help he provided regarding my tickets and membership.

Tom is an absolute professional. He provided clear, fast, and highly detailed information that made the entire booking process for the upcoming Aston Villa match straightforward. He went out of his way to ensure I had every detail I needed regarding the booking windows and next season's arrangements.

It is rare to find someone so helpful and diligent. Tom is a massive asset to the club and I really appreciate the top-class service he provided.

I made a purchase of a children's sweater, size 9/10 years, and they sent me a sweater that fits a 6-year-old.
After exchanging 10 emails in which they ask for photos, and after I send them, they are never correct.
It's incredible that the customer is left without €54 because of these awful sizes they sent me.

I visited the Etihad Stadium with my family (my husband and our 7 and 13-year-old children) right on my birthday, and I couldn't have chosen a better way to celebrate!
The tour was absolutely fantastic, made truly special by our guide, Martin. He was exceptional: professional, charismatic, and incredibly thoughtful towards every participant. Even though we had audio guides, it was a pleasure to listen to him; Martin speaks excellent and easily understandable English, taking great care to ensure everyone followed his stories.
He naturally engaged both our 7-year-old son and our 13-year-old daughter, making the experience interactive and never boring. Seeing the dressing rooms and the pitch was emotional, but Martin's kindness and passion made the real difference. Thank you for making my birthday such a beautiful memory for my whole family.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Manchester City Stadium Tour and would highly recommend it to any football fan.

I booked the tour as part of a special trip for my son’s 18th birthday, and it really made the day extra memorable. The tour itself was very well organised and gave a great behind-the-scenes look at the Etihad, including areas you’d never normally get to see.

What really made the experience stand out were our tour guides, Ian and Steve. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and friendly, and their passion for the club really came across. They shared great stories and insights, kept the group entertained throughout, and made the whole tour feel personal and special.

It was the perfect start to what turned out to be an amazing day for my son’s first visit to the Etihad.

Took thr boy for his birthday on the MAN city tour , Heidi and Chris the tour guides were excellent and made the tour a bit more personal with their interactions. Highly recommend 👌

I like the way everyone can be settled and score at least 2-4 goals ,but that momentum is reducing clearly in second half. Through the defensive errors and unnecessary fouls committed

I raised a concern about the treatment of vulnerable fans and was completely ignored. I sent an email 17 days ago and still haven't received a response. Very disappointed with their lack of care.

I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Manchester City Fan Support. In my experience, the help I was given while trying to purchase tickets for the Brentford Carabao Cup match was very poor. I followed the instructions and reached out for support, but I still wasn’t able to complete the purchase.

This has left my daughter extremely upset, as she was excited to go to the match and is now in tears because we couldn’t get the tickets. As fans, we expect clearer guidance and better assistance, especially during important ticket sales.

Overall, the service I received was not good enough, and I hope they improve their support for supporters in the future.

i have dealt with Tommy from the City access team on several occasions. He always goes the extra mile to answe my needs , its about time i gave him the praise he deserves

I was a single lady travelling with my son from Nottinghamshire to do both Manchester club tours in one day. Due to trains etc we missed the initial part of the city tour. However after a staff member saw me in tears they all rallied round to make it possible for my son to be shown the training ground at a later time. He even managed to see some of the first team training. I can't thank the staff enough and would highly recommend this amazing experience.

The VIP tour was excellent, our tour guide Steve W was brilliant. His enthusiasm was infectious and his extensive knowledge made it a very interesting and entertaining tour. We enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend the VIP tour

Got to the tour of man city stadium late and a guy called andy or Andrew one of them names 🤔 he was brilliant he showed us around on our own and very helpful answerd question we asked very helpful and polite 5 out of 5 for that guy from Simon and leighton from Southampton

Fantastic experience on the Tour today. You get access to all the areas you would want to see. Time to take photos and listen to an excellent tour guides. Plus some quality video clips are shown that really add to the whole thing. We had Steve who was great as was his co worker who's name also began with S but I have forgotten. Too busy taking photos!

Absolutely amazing experience at the city stadium tour yesterday. The enthusiasm and knowledge of both Andy W and Pete was first rate. From registering at the desk, having photos with the trophies and meeting "Pep" the tour was exceptional and very highly recommended

Stadium tour with guide Chris and Harry was superb. Detailed and informative with plenty of stories and interesting detail. Well worth it.

I’ve been having an issue with a season ticket for a while now, with no luck getting the problem sorted.
I spoke with Ruby this afternoon in the ticket office and it’s now resolved. I can’t thank Ruby enough. She is a credit to the club and to her family..
