Terrible service
Terrible service, called several times and told that the customer service team was unavailable and to try again later, on my 4th attempt I emailed and was replied to asking the issues and never had my emails responded too afterward, never will I use them again and I encourage all other military on camps with mediaforce to get in another service like sky or bt.

I took a contract of 8Mbps last year
I took a contract of 8Mbps last year. I was really struggling to stream even youtube. I was hardly getting 2 Mbps. I upgraded to up to 24 Mbps last December, it worked a couple of days and the speed was around 18 Mbps. However, the speed was degraded to 7 Mbps then below 1 Mbps now. I have been paying £24 since Jan till now. I thought it was my PC's problems and checked the bandwidth speed with different laptop in a different corner of the building, but the issues remain the same. I complained to the Service support more than 8 times but did not get any feedback or any improvement. So I decided to deactivate the account and requested to close my account after 10 months. It is a total rip off from the Media force since it is the only provider in the Military camp. I request a certain authority to investigate and review their service immediately. Currently, we all are working remotely. It is impacting our work and professional development due to the inconsistent services from Media Force. All my cohort feels the same with the services. I do not want to recommend anyone with this service.

Do not use Media Force!!!!
Only WIFI option available within military accommodation at a horrendous prices with very poor connections and speeds. Even phone signal on all networks is poor so you can’t use 3/4G, and with poor internet most people have to use the phones outside. An absolute disgrace of a service, the MOD need to do more it’s service personnel and not let companies like media force dictate speeds/ costs. Never recommend to anyone, I have been an account holder for two weeks and have already had to complain twice and have received nothing back

Awful, wifi never works and whenever you email the support team they don’t help at all. They will always ask you to reply with more information and when you do they will never reply again.
Last email I sent had every piece of information possible that they could need and they emailed back asking what devices I had, even though I had literally included that information. Not even going to bother ringing as have heard from many other people that they are just as useless over the phone. Terrible company that pretends it has good service but is actually an absolute joke in the armed forces. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Awful service never worked for more than an hour at a time since I started paying for this over 3 months ago. Especially cruel considering a lot of military bases only have this 1 provider of wifi and it never works

Normally getting <5mbps but today it's a little over 1mbps.
The pricing for the stability and quality of the service provided is on par with robbery.
The MoD need to review their contract with them, Customer Service is poor, the service provided is poor, the tech used is poor.
I'm currently searching alternative providers.

Worst company to ever exist
Literally the worst wifi Internet providers on the face of the earth reported internet multiple times continuously doing speed test for no reason as nothing gets fixed if possible do not waste your money on such a terrible company told me they won't send an engineer round to fix the problem unless reported by more users,and they still give you the run around stay away from this company !!!!!

Awful
Internet would not work. Reported it several times via email, phone and online to be told it need fixing as the equipment was broken.
It took 2 weeks to fix so a whole block was without internet for 2 weeks during lockdown! Absolutely disgraceful. It’s about time the military ended their contract with media force. And worse yet when asking for a refund after not been able to access internet for 2 weeks media force said it wasn’t their fault. Absolute embarrassment
