⚠️ Warning to anyone considering using this company for weight-loss medication.
I was assessed and told I wasn’t a suitable candidate, which is absolutely fine. What I don’t find acceptable is that they take your money before the assessment.
It’s now been over a month, and despite repeatedly chasing my refund, I’m still waiting. I’ve been told refunds take 3–5 days, but a month later, nothing.
In my opinion, payment shouldn’t be taken until approval is given, or refunds should be processed immediately when medication is refused.
Just be aware: getting your money back may not be as straightforward as you expect.

I’m so happy with mediexpress they been so good and helpful to me considering I’m not computer LT they’ve guided me through every step of the way I’ve now lost 6stone in weight I’m very proud of myself as I feel much healthier now than I ever did I started this September 2025 almost a year later and I’m still going very strong thank you mediexpress for all you halo and all you’ve done Tammy Sturch

I was disappointed with the experience. My first pen stopped working, and despite providing numerous photos and videos as requested, the issue was never resolved. Unfortunately, this left me without confidence that the problem would be addressed, so I chose to purchase my medication elsewhere.

I hope the process for dealing with faulty pens can be improved, as it was both time-consuming and frustrating.

After a terrible mix up with my parcel which is totally incomprehensible (I received a parcel from a clothing company destined for so.eo e entirely different, with my med express label and tracking details stuck on it!!) I have had repeated calls with their customer service department submitted photographic evidence of the parcel including the photo from Royal Mail of the delivery. Nearly 3 weeks on I have still not had my Mounjaro or a refund. I have now emailed their complaints department with a time line of the discussions I have had with their customer service department. I had to cancel my subscription and go to another supplier to enable me to carry on with the medication and I am awaiting a response as to how I can be refunded the money for the pen I did not receive. Totally shoddy service with a deplorable duty of care. My next stop is to pass the Complaint onto the General Pharmecutical Council.

WOW!! That is all I can say. I hour I have been on the chat bot and some advisor that took 15 minutes between each message to respond. Will not let me book a consultation and now just get told someone will get back to me in 48 hours!!! If they did not have my money I would have sacked them off immediately. GO ELSEWHERE

I should have checked these reviews prior to switching from juniper. The company takes your money but does not provide any goods. No response when I’ve asked for the money back. Does not consider your medical risks as on highest dose and left me with no money and no medication. Please do not use this company and fall for the cheaper(when it really isn’t) option and waste your time and your money.

I have not recieved item or refund.
I have answered every querry as I have changed provider. I have sent 10 messages with evidence as requested.
Unfortunately after 2 weeks I have neither goods or refund and cant order from someone else now as medicare have my money. I wish I read the reveiws.

After multiple emails, with generic replies , so frustrating.... the pen has only 3 does for the last 3 months when should have 4 does. i wouldn't buy again from this company....J

I would leave no stars if possible. Like one of the other people leaving the reviews. I have been left with no goods and no communication about getting my money back. Not good enough MedExpress and will never use or recommend you again. Case number 5857868 &. 5814606 tried to call but an hours wait. Customer service non existent. I just want my money back

Poor service really consider how much you’re paying for bad quality customer service.
Don’t use them if you want to be left with no purchase having paid hundreds of pounds .
You would not get this when spending this much on a purchase!!!!!!!!!!!😡

I am extremely disappointed with MedExpress. My order (Order number: [5185766]) could not be fulfilled due to stock depletion, and there was no clear indication on their website that Orlos was unavailable. I had to switch to another supplier to get my order fulfilled, which undermined trust in their service. The refund process also needs to be expedited and clearly communicated. Overall, this experience was poor, and I would not recommend relying on MedExpress for timely stock availability or transparent information.

Avoid like the plague, very quick to take your money very slow to deliver even when you pay for "express Delivery" And should you have a query the reply you get is not in plain English or easy to understand.
Absolutely useless. I have now cancelled my order, it took them less than 30 mins to take my money, apparently it is going to take 10 days to process my refund!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid scam company ordered some medicine. After 2 weeks still hadnt posted. So enquired and they said they had an issue with the system. Then said they would process and post asap. And after 4 days still hadnt. Extremely bad website to deal with. You wont get your order. Dont waste your time.

I ordered some omeprazole as I had forgotten to order at GP and was going away for weekend ,this was 14th April,still waiting 21st April, I paid for next day deliverey.They take your payment which includes next day deliverey charge then tell you there may be problems because of move to new site i emailed them and they said it was Royal mails fault, they have agreed to return delivery fee but all other emails including an official complaints form filled in have been ignored , absolute waste of money and a miserable weekend for me .

Still waiting for perscription a week later . Take your money for first class delivery that hasn’t happened won’t use again

bad customer service provided. I made an order on the 31.12.24 and the just shipped after 2 weeks. I did not have a problem with the first 2 orders but on the 3rd occasion i experience i did.
also, i had to chase them by email and phone call. email takes 1 or 2 days to get back and phone calls about 20 to 30 min wait.
