Tour guide was quite invisible!
He hasnt instructed anything that after 12 fan / generator will be off which was troublesome with my baby!
Management not well! Kept us wutung on road for bus.

What a fantastic trip! Everything that was promised was delivered. All the transfers took place without a hitch and all the people involved were fantastic.

Previous I went different tourist site of my own management. Where I have found different difficulties. But tour with a tourist agency provide an elegant expariance of Hassel free tour. Within very short time we (me & my family) visit different sport of bandarban. Tour guide Rajib Vai cooperation was extra ordinary.But cost was little bit more for middle income person. Next time I will be with meghdoot family for tour.

In all its a fun and entertaining hour,which makes me leave not only with more knowledge of hill but with a big smile,having been thoroughly entertained in unique way.Totally and utterly recommend it!

Well we have just finished our sylhet sreemongal 4 days trip with meghdoot..we r pretty much impressed with the services they have provided in this trip.. decent accommodation,neat & hygienic meals, organized tour plans.. special gratitude to Mr Yousuf，our local guide in sylhet who worked with great integrity,made our sylhet tour a memorable one . little hitch in sreemongal where we had accommodation in Shanti Bari resort, ambience and reception was great there but what they badly need to look for is clients information
s..there was a group of 7/8 University/ working people,men & women, did unsociable activities which was kind of awkward for family persons like us..they forgot the social norms/ behavior of our country.. other than this this whole trip truly deserve a five 🌟.. বান্দরবান ট্যুরের শেষ দিনের বারবিকিউ ডিনার আয়োজনটা ছিল অসাধারণ! লেকের পাশে খোলা আকাশের নিচে, ঝী-ঝী পোকার ডাক শুনতে-শুনতে, মোমবাতির আলোয় মজাদার খাবার। জীবনের স্মরণীয় মূহুর্ত দেয়ার জন্য ধন্যবাদ মেঘদূত কে।
তবে কড়া রোদে সারাদিন খোলা জীপে ঘুরে কিছুটা অসুস্থ হয়ে পরেছিলাম। এই বিষয়ে কিছু করা যায় কি-না বিবেচনা করবেন।

I & my Wife had an awesome trip to Sajek with Meghdoot. Their services were outstanding through out the journey. A special thanks to the guide “HIRA BHAI”. He is a very humble guy. I gave them 5 star which is actually deserving.

The service was really excellent. I went to Sajek with my family members and I have my 2 years old son with me. Meghdoot organized the whole trip with comfort. The resort and food they provided was fantastic.

I am pleased with the service of meghdoot. Didn't find any loopholes. They are much more professional and cordial. Best of luck meghdoot!!. Hope meghdoot can keep the momentum up as always.

Meghdoot is one of the best tour company in Bangladesh. They organized an excellent tour in Sylhet. We were enjoying a lot. They are so friendly and helpful. Don't feel hesitate to contact for your travel related information and tour.

Our group of 3 visited Sajek in January 24th, 2019 and stayed for two days. We booked a cottage resort of 'Sampari' through Meghdoot Agency. The booking process was very convenient and efficient. But, there was an issue about the power supply in the cottage as electricity is available for just 2hours a day and we were not entirely clearly informed which seemed like a hassle to charge cameras, mobiles phones and powerbanks altogether. We took their food package for a day but it seemed very unreasonably priced, just lunch and dinner for 900tk. Though the food quality and taste was okay enough, another meal should be added for the price they are charging. So, wouldn't recommend taking their food plan. Out of these two flaws, the experience was good enough, the staffs and agent were very well behaved and patient. With some few improvements, the agency will go a long way.
