I LOVE Mellow Fellow- the edibles are tasty and just as potent if not stronger than what I get at the dispensary. I am really into the live resin pens too- plus site is easy to use and order from. 10/10 recommend.

The pens leak get, clogged constantly and don't pull consistently

Order got split in. Half that was in there control now half it i believe coming from the state im closer is taking 6 business days and one non business and customer service ignored my ?(If u can tell if the order will get divided ahead time).

Your products are great but your company is terrible at shipping orders out! I use THC at my doctors suggestion for a few different things; anxiety, pain, insomnia but I keep being told "your orders arriving today" to no avail! I finally had to contact my credit union today to tell them to pull back the money I spent since I didn't receive my product. AGAIN today I was told it would be here 100% and of course it was not, yet again. Great product but it does me no good if I never receive it. You've definitely lost a good long time customer with me. I won't EVER buy MF products again.

I ordered the same product that I usually do. I expect reliability and prompt shipping when I order. This time around, they had a "glitch" in their system which delayed my order. I have several email exchanges regarding status and have been told different things each time. They will no longer respond to me. This has been a horrible experience so I would recommend looking elsewhere for your THC/hemp products. Whilst they make good products, their customer service and unreliability is a deal breaker. I am disputing the charge on my credit card today. I placed order on 6.11 and here it is 6.24 with no update or response. FRUSTRATING!!!

Order is not dispatched even after 7 days. And customer support is non existent to file for a refund. Only option to recover payment is file a dispute with the bank.

Dont put your email into that text box on their site. The minute i did my inbox was flooded the next day with over 50 spammed emails for all sorts of things.
