I firstly ordered the HEIDI in Green for a wedding way in advance as I was a little dubious ordering from somewhere I had not heard of. I ended up wearing it for a wedding before and had so many comments I ordered one in a different colour for the original wedding. I have recently also just ordered another three different sets from them and after them all fitting perfectly (although I ordered up as I feel they come small) I felt I needed to put on a review. I must say I have never had to return anything so can’t comment on their returns but the quality of what I had is great! Love this shop and will probably have nearly their full collection by the end of next summer. 🤭 Thanks for the wedding outfit show stoppers Mermaid Swimwear! 🫶🏼

my package was lost but this was not the problem of Mermaids Swimwear. it was the postal company's problem. after a lot of hassle and discussion with the postal company, I really had to go to the company where I ordered. i have had a lot of contact with Mermaids Swimwear and they finally gave my money back. the e-mail contact was very good because I always got a quick answer. they act professionally. I am very disappointed that I did not receive the package but they have solved this excellently. I was helped by Abbie.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I ordered a number of items and took on holiday. The first outfit looked great for an hour then the quality really showed the outfit went out of shape and didn’t look as I expected. I tried to return the other outfits on return from my holiday and was told I was out of the 14 day return so I could have credit note for only 6 months. I was under a week of the return policy none of the items where in sale and they still insisted on not given a refund. I find this disgusting customer service. I spent money for poor quality clothing and didn’t ask for a refund on the clothes that I had worn just on the ones I returned. Very very poor. I would not recommend

Shocking customer service, they take a week to respond and when they do its an automated message. I returned an unused, unworn crochet dress - with the label, because it was poor quality and they claim by return does not meet their company policy requirements. Absolute shambles of a company, ridiculous waste of time and money.

Was happy with products bought until some of them were too small and I had to return it. Have a proof of return, been emailing their customer service with no reply for two weeks after the initial reply came in questioning if I had proof of return. Very disappointed, it may not be big money for you but in these trying times it’s a large sum for me.

Absolutely love Mermaids Swimwear, have been a regular customer for a while. I received a faulty item recently and it was dealt with so quickly and politely by Abbie in customer care. Immediately swapped the item for me and I can't wait to wear it. Thank you, such a great brand!

I had amazing customer service experience with Abbie Rose. Abbie was so understanding about my lost order and was able to efficiently resolve the issue by sending a new delivery quickly whilst going above and beyond. Please do not buy from this company, they are so dishonest!!! I bought the Heidi set, tried it on carefully and safely in my walk in wardrobe, it wasn’t right for me, so I carefully packaged and returned in condition which I found it which was perfect!
They sent an email (which went to my Junk email) and said it wasn’t up to their returns standard, but didn’t elaborate any further! So they don’t accept a return that was in the exact same condition as it was sent to me! How is that even allowed!?!
If the company can’t afford to function while allowing returns they should state they are a non-refundable company, but they know legally they can’t do that, so instead they treat their customers in this way! Awful please avoid!

Ordered 6 items and Paid for next day delivery (on Thursday evening) so expected items Monday latest. Should of ideally arrived on Saturday but anyway… left for holiday on Tuesday for a week. Came home hoping to find the parcel on my door step! Oh no! I read my emails and they said they didn’t send the items because one was out of stock so they didn’t bother sending the items. By the way this email was received on the following Thursday so a week after I ordered on a next day delivery! Avoid avoid avoid!

I had amazing customer service at Mermaids Swimwear. I had found the sizing confusing as I didn’t realise Medium was smaller than some stores but contacting for help, Abbie was really helpful and responsive and made me want to shop again with Mermaids.

I went to make my first order on the website using the first time user code and it didn't work for me. I guess my first attempt declined so when I went to try again it didn't work. I reached out via email and got a very quick reply back from Abbie Rose who was extremely helpful, explaining to my the problem and gave me a customized new code to use for my purchase. I appreciate great customer service and Abbie was top notch. Thanks for the help, looking forward to receiving my order in Canada!

Amazing , I ordered on Tuesday night as I needed an outfit for Saturday and it came on Thursday! I ordered the Heidi set and it’s just beautiful. The size is perfect and the material is so nice and breezy ! Will definitely order again for my holiday , I want all the colours now

Mijn bestelling is niet aangekomen. Uiteindelijk is het retour gestuurd door de leverancier. Contact opgenomen met mermaids swimwear moest maar contact opnemen met postkantoor waar mijn pakket zou zijn. Dit gedaan jersey post gf aan dat pakket in maart ontvangen zou moeten zijn door mermaids swimwear. Tot op heden mijn geld nog niet terug gekregen. Slechte services bestel hier nooit!!!!

Parcel was undelivered and contacted customer service. Issue was resolved really quickly. Thank you to Abbie Rose in particular who helped me.
