A very bad customer experience with…
A very bad customer experience with them. They don’t respond to emails. I tried to return their product and get a refund. They totally ignored my requests. Very dissapointed!

Customer service non existent. Cold start delete not working and they just accepted that and are not able to provide a solution, now attempting to get a refund and they are ignoring messages. When I was with BM3 things like this were never an issue. Burble maps are also extremely weak. Only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 is because the tune is decent in terms on bhp but other than that I would avoid at all costs. Hassle not worth the extra couple bhp vs the customer support

Do not buy Mg Flasher buy BM3 or MHD
Do not buy Mg Flasher… they have the worst customer support ever… I have a problem with the burbles since 1 year now, they sound super strange nothing compared to bm3 or so and they just work for 1-3 times and then they don’t work for 1-2 minutes. I wrote the customer support 1 year ago, then they replied and send me a custom map which didn’t fixed the issue. After that I got ignored for 2-3 months after several emails to them they finally replied to me and got another solution which neither fixed the issue. And again I got ignored for months… 1 month ago they wrote me again with another solution which also did not solved the problem. So guess what I get ignored again. I found another person online with exactly the same problem, the customer support wrote him to the problem, that it is normal to protect the exhaust from overheating… such a big lie to him… DO NOT SUPPORT THEM PLEASE
