The staff in McCarthys make everthing so easy and offer the best insurance policy to suit each individuals requirements explaining in full each clause in the policy. Everything was fully explained.

I rang McCarthy Insurance looking for a quote for health insurance .I spoke with Alan Clearly, he was SO helpful. Explained everything clearly, answered all my questions. I was with one Health Insurer for years so decided to " shop around" felt quite overwhelmed with all information out there. Decided to ring a broker and was I impressed with Alans knowledge , really explained in understandable terms for me. Went through each Health Insurance Company thoroughly. I decided to go through all information received comparing Health Insurers , rang Alan back a few more times with questions, he was v helpful and v professional. Thank you Alan.

Friendly, efficient and very helpful. Alan was more than happy to call and always sent a follow up email. He made the process very straight forward and clear and has a lovely manner.

Engaged with a few companies prior to contacting McCarthy Group and had no expectations in this case.
Initial discussions were with staff member Alan, where our requirements were highlighted.
He genuinely exceeded all expectations on his call back, fully customer centric and focused on our request; presented a range of products that aligned with our request. He provided an above par customer service and importantly we were not made to feel like a monetary statistic for the company.
Think a few companies out there could learn a thing (or two) on customer service from McCarthy group.
