Only real problem is transferring phone number Mighty to Mighty, as it involves getting in touch with support and having them transfer your new plan to the old account and terminating the new account. Otherwise cheapest good provider in the country.

I had waited all year to switch to the "fastest" plan at an affordable rate ($40) The credit card attached to the auto renew expired and the payment failed. It would have been no issue at all for me to put the new credit card on had I been given ANY COMMUNICATION. I received no warning that payment had failed, my services were cut on a public holiday, the chat feature on the app they make you download wouldn't work even when I found some wifi. I had to go through the main website (in which case why am I using my phone space for the app???) No communication was given, and once I finally figured out what had happened and reconnected myself to a package it wouldn't let me keep the discount I was supposed to have for another almost full year. I then had to fight my way through bots to get in contact with a person who could even understand what was happening only to be told there was nothing they could do and the agents have no power to rectify issues like this. Currently looking into other providers. Rocket mobile does unlimited hotspotting for the same price. Hopefully they have better customer service and communication.
