It is my second time ordering dresses from this brand for my daughter. I have the best experience ever . The dresses itself look stunning 🤩 and well made. The customer service is the best. They put their time and effort into the dresses to make it perfect. Thank you!

I purchased 2 dresses and I am so in love with the dresses. They are dreamy, magical and just the best. Hands down one of the best dresses and awesome customer service. It was an urgent request and my dresses sent over 1 week prior to the deadline. My first time ordering and they made it memorable. Came in the timeframe given. The most beautiful and well made dresses. The ones I chose were covered in beads and not one came off or came loose ! Dry cleaned so well, they really are such stunning dresses .

Accidentally placed the ordered twice, I emailed them and they processed the refund immediately.
I received my order before the expected delivery date- and the dress was just WOW! The quality of fabric to stitching was 10/10. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you 🤍🤍

I ordered my son’s baptism outfit from Mik & me.
Unfortunately once received I had issues (shirt tie was broken and had a stain)
I contacted via email and “out of good will” Rachel advised another would be sent out.
They assured myself the items were fine before being sent, however I wouldn’t intentionally do anything to the clothing as it was for a special occasion.
No replacement shirt was ever received.
Poor effort.
Will not be buying from here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Amazing quality garments and customer service was prompt and helpful

So I made my order in July for 5 of the Sophia mikado flower girl dress’s, I was getting married in September and knew it would be tight so I messaged the team and they made the impossible happen they was with me by mid August and WOW they was breathtaking. The communication was always pretty much within 12 hours which is brilliant considering the time difference. All of them was perfect the quality is just out of this world. I will forever be great full for my experience with Mik & Me for making such a stressful time absolutely stress free. Will definitely be ordering again ❤️

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. I have sent multiple enquiries about an issue I have with sizing of the dress I’ve received through email and received no response or follow up. Good customer service is important and this experience has left a negative impression.

I ordered Isabella Special Occassion Dresses from Mik and Me for my daughters to wear during my wedding in October. The dresses arrived one month before the wedding and they couldn’t fit into it, Rachel was really kind and attentive to my needs and able to sort it out for me so I can return to them and place n new order as express order. Their customer service team was really responsive to my emails and it took my stress away when they can guaranteed the dresses to be made and ready to ship to me one week before my wedding. I bought a dress for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it exceeded my expectations! The fabric is soft and comfortable, perfect for a toddler, and the design is just adorable.
