Millets - Bracknell Avis 

Sharon and Jack looked after us very well

Today I was served by the wonderful Natalie, an absolute professional! Her knowledge of brands and equipment was second to none. Unfortunately this branch is due to close later on this year, sad to see such a stalwart of the high street have to close its doors.

I have been to the Millets shop in Bracknell several times over the last couple of weeks. Each time I have always had good care from all three staff members Natalie, Cody & Jack. They are very helpful and offer great support & advice. It is such a shame that the store will be closing later in the year.

I was taken great care of by Jack. He was extremely professional and very approachable. Jack helped me organise the equipment I needed for my son’s DoE. He went above and beyond and is a true ambassador for your company. Jack is an employee who deserves recognition.

Cody and other staff very helpful, polite and attentive, always go out of their way to make sure you have found everything you were looking for, or order it when needed. It's such a shame this shop is closing down will miss it and all the staff, I wish them all well.

Customer service was great by the name of Jack, quick, helpful and friendly. I'm a size 4 but was told North Face tend to have smaller shoes fitting so was offered to try a size 5 which fit perfectly. I bought what I needed.

I needed to replace a child's rain coat & needed help to find what was suitable and within budget.
Natalie was very helpful, she led me to the correct section & the right sizes, she also gave me some product knowledge. It makes shopping so much nicer when you have lovely kind staff like Natalie ☺️

Excellent customer service from Jack who helped me find the product that I needed and as I’d mentioned it was for D of E, he asked if I had the discount card with me which I didn’t but I was able to prove that my daughter is attending so I received discount. Please use Millets - it’s such a shame they’ll be leaving Bracknell

Helpful well informed staff. Good value for money. Using my DofE leaders discount really is worthwhile. Natalie was able to help us make the correct choice.

Excellent customer service from Natalie. Found exactly what I needed easily. Sad to hear the store is closing and wish the staff luck in the future.

I was speaking to Natalie today and she showed me how to fold my rain jacket. She is such a lovely lady, and honestly what she showed me feels like something that should be patented!

I also wanted to say that I truly believe she should be part of the design team and not just working in-store. Her practical knowledge, creativity, and way of explaining things really stood out.

Just thought this feedback deserved to be shared.

Having popped into Bracknell store, it was very sad to hear that the company have taken the decision to close this store. Dispite the likelihood that Jack will soon be looking for alternative employment, he was nothing but professional. Assisting me in finding the right pair of walking shoes. Good luck Jack and keep up the good customer service.

Natalie, was amazing - I had a last minute panic to get my son some boots on the day of his Duke of Edinburgh. I turned up first thing where Natalie quickly recommended which boots to buy and served me quickly. I am sorry to hear the shop is closing and wish Natalie all the best. Thanks James

I wandered into Millets looking for walking boots. Even though the store was closing down, Sharon was very helpful telling me exactly what was left in stock and what wasn't and explaining the waterproof system! Thank you
