Excellent help, arrived at the store, got help right away. Friendly and helpful staff.

Visited the Bury store today and the service from Harry and Emily was first class, it was a pleasure to be greeted politely and courteously.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful but in particular Callum exceeded expectations on customer service. Helped my wife get the right things for her needs and even explained about ordering things in of we couldn't find her size. He was helpful and charming throughout the time we were there and I complimented him on his service. What a breath of fresh air. Will look forward to shopping at millets bury again in the future especially if he is there. He's a credit to his manager

Had a great experience in the Bury store today, Callum was very helpful to me and my partner, even offered to order stuff in if they didn't have the size in store. Both himself and the other lady working were very friendly and polite, 10/10 will shop there again 😊

I had the opportunity to interact with Scott at the Millets store in Bury today, and I must say that the level of service I received was truly exceptional.
Scott greeted me warmly and welcomingly from the moment I entered the door with my daughter. He promptly inquired as to how he could assist and listened attentively as I described the type of expedition kit we were looking for. Following this, he demonstrated his product knowledge and communication skills with impressive results.
Scott spent time thoroughly explaining the features and benefits of various expedition kits, emphasising the key differences and how they would match my daughter specific needs. They explained things in a clear, concise, and tailored way, making sure I felt informed and able to make the best decision for myself.
Scott's demonstration of the expedition kit was a standout aspect of my experience.
He carefully explained the purpose of each component and how it would perform in various outdoor conditions. I found the level of detail and hands-on approach to be easy to visualize how the kit would work in real-world scenarios.
Scott remained professional and patient during our interaction, answering all of my questions and concerns with a genuine desire to provide the best possible solution.
I walked out of the store feeling confident in my purchase and appreciative of the exceptional customer service I received.
I highly recommend Millets store and Scott, if you need an expedition kit or outdoor gear.

Encouraged to place order in store instead of online. Informed that I would receive a confirmation email. No email has been received to date some days later and the order has not been delivered. Disappointing experience.

We had spent time in bury looking for what we wanted, with no avail and came to the shop looking for one thing really bit left with everything we needed. The welcome & attitude of Scott & Ri was exceptional. Extremely welcoming & relaxed. An item we had really liked but not in our size has been arranged to be delivered to our home. We have shopped at this store before and are never disappointed with the exceptional service. This should be a flagship store for staff training not only for millets but for customer service in general.

I came instore today to purchase some items for hiking. I was approached by a member of staff - Ryan. He was really helpful and welcoming. Explained to me about nearer stores as I mentioned I drove 35 minutes. Gave me a few suggestions on backpacks. Thank you for fantastic service and quick on checkout too so no queuing.

Scott assisted me with my search for some walking boots. Scott was very friendly, helpful and generous with the time and attention I was given not to mention the birthday discount I received. A really positive shopping experience the cashier was very polite and courteous too. Very happy with my boots and would encourage my friends and family to shop at Bury shop based on my experience.
