The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a rucksack and found the one that was best for me with help from the staff.

Purchased some walking boots for work, the staff helped in making a choice and are very knowledgeable with great customer service.

Need some new walking trousers, Julie recommended Basher trousers, reasonable price and good quality.

Visited the Darlington store, Julie was very knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful! Even though the store was very busy, she took the time to help and didn’t make us feel rushed

Store assistants Julie & Jayne were very friendly and helpful even looking in the stock room for a particular jacket I saw in the store earlier in the year. Made me feel comfortable while I shopped.
My husband chose a jacket he liked but the store didn't have the correct size, the store assistant ordered the size needed and it was delivered to my home the next day !!! and it fit perfectly

Had a problem with boots I recently bought at Millets so I needed to replace them. Julie and James were amazingly helpful! Spent ages giving me advice on how to look after my feet, and I must have tried on about 20 pairs of boots before finding the perfect fit. Customer service second to none!

3 months ago I purchased a pair of Scarpa walking boots from this store and the customer service I received was superb. So I returned with my husband to replace his redundant walking boots. We were served by Julie, who was so attentive and knowledgeable, helped my husband choose the most appropriate boots for his requirements.

What a legend Jen is couldn't have a more amazing staff member got everything I needed and more. What an asset to the team!!

Having bought a Berghaus fleece many years ago from Milletts as a Christmas gift for my husband (not realizing it was the inner functioning part of something bigger) the staff at Milletts in Darlington were amazing at helping me to finally pair the very much still active fleece with its outer counterpart!! Friendly, helpful and attentative service from Julie combined with the fact I managed to get a Bank Holiday reduction on a pair of Merrel walking shoes.

Called in to look at waterproof jackets. We were served by jade who was excellent. Good advice on sizing and product knowledge. 1st class service.

We had an excellent customer service from both staff yesterday. My son is doing the DoE silver and we had nothing till we visited your store in Darlington. We were so grateful for all the help and advice we were given and hopefully my son will enjoy his experience in a weeks time. Thank you again.
