Megan was very patient, friendly and helpful whilst i was choosing boots.

Went in for waterproofs and some walking trousers - Gemma gage advice and also gave me an opinion when I tried different items on , which I had asked for . Great service

The staff (Megan and Lisa) were helpful without being overly pushy.

I was searching for affordable/ perfect walking socks- lots on show.
When I selected the right Size XK, weight ie heavy and for me not too long.
The option chosen did not have my size.
However a brief comment and less than 60 seconds, the lovely assistant had gotten them from storage area.
BRILLIANT.
If over I try the sicks out and are ok will be buying another 2 pairs( per pack) of these Salomon Mention Heavies.

The assistant was so helpful explaining the difference between each waterproof rain jacket and guidance over which size best. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Shame I didn’t note her name.

Megan was great. She was very patient while I chose my new boots, answered all my questions. She was very helpful about future care of them.

I spoken to Connor about getting airbed and knowledgeable as he was I decided to reserve it. Megan greeted me in store whilst Gemma went looking for my bed.

Was told to email someone called James who said they would discuss the complaint with but unfortunately James sis not even have the decency to acknowledge my email, why he asked me to email him is beyond me. If this is what they’re customer service is like, you can see why the staff are way they are. Rude and very unhelpful.

Excellent service and polite respectful staff.

We were welcomed into the store by Megan and her lovely smile. We came in to buy a pair of outdoor boots and was helpfully served by Megan with a lot of helpful input from Lauren who was extremely knowledgeable (I had observed her with a previous customer and she clearly knows her stuff). I have “needy feet” so her experience and product knowledge was welcomed. We ended up buying a pair and was given much advise on how to wear in the boots and we were then served by Connor at the checkout who was equally friendly and helpful. This, sadly, is a rarity so I feel that a positive and well deserved review is absolutely necessary. Thank you team at Millets 😊

Great job from the Fareham team! Needed to wash and reproof a down parka so I wasn't sure if I needed down wash or waterproof wash but they pointed me in the right direction and made sure I got what I needed!

Excellent help in store today. Craig was helpful and knowledgable on the products viewed. No push to sell and offered alternative on their website. Recommend a visit.

Megan is an excellent sales assistant. She was enthusiastic energetic and genuine. The store did not stock one item I wanted and she worked hard online to try to source one then recommended other stores I might try. This is great customer service.

My three criteria are: did I get what I wanted, at a reasonable price without any up selling. Yes to all three and chap who helped with the shoes (Owen) was very pleasant and polite too.

If you love the outside, this place to get all gear, camping, walking, travel, clothing etc , just bought clothes from Fareham branch, Lauren was friendly and helpful.21
